Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaCan be a bit noisy near the road. The air conditioning didn't work and the room faces the setting sun. It was very hot inside and you can't open the window because of the vehicle noise. Almost unbearable to sleep in on the day.
Well located in town near many restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was cereal, toast and such but was really pretty good for the type of motel.

United StatesWe got up to have breakfast before going camping and no one was at the lobby. We rang the doorbell and no one answered. It was the 4th of July, but they could have informed us there wouldn't be breakfast that day.
The hotel is in the center of town, on the main street, so you can easily get to resturants, grocery stores, etc. We stayed before and after camping and it was a no-frills, well priced hotel.

United StatesI wasn't a fan that the comforter was placed between two sheets instead of a duvet cover, sort of grossed me out. There were some small stains on the towels but they smelled clean, so it didn't bother me that much. The motel is right off the main road (as many others are) and so the trucks and cars can be pretty loud but if you turn on the fan you can barely hear them.
I was pleasantly surprised by this motel as some of the reviews were bad - but the room was clean and smelled nice and the owner was accommodating when there was a mix up when I accidentally booked a non-pet friendly room (heads up, there's no way to designate it's a pet friendly room on Booking, so I think you have to call to book one). I appreciated the room had a microwave, a refrigerator, and a desk to work. The Wifi was ok for working remotely, however it wasn't good enough for Zoom calls, had to use my hotspot.
