They were still doing some remodeling which didn't really affect my stay much. I didn't know housekeeping wasn't every day but was available when requested.

I really like the location for why I went to Vegas. I liked that it was a small cozy place and wasn't one of the flashy high rises. It was also nice, quiet, and peaceful. It was also only a 20 minute walk to the strip when I wanted to go.

I didn’t know there’s a 200 USD deposit in case you smoke or break something in the room and it’s not given back immediately. They said it takes 10 days which I thought it was a lot. My friend stayed at a different place and he paid a 50 USD deposit that was returned when he checked out. We paid for a late check in and if I hadn’t mentioned it, they would have made us leave at 11.

No sockets anywhere near the bed unless you have a long cable and no USB or USB-C sockets in the walls either which is strange since the hotel just went through a reconstruction, it should be a standard in 2024. The pool is rather dirty. There is still some construction going on in June 2024 so the area is not the nicest, garbage and construction material everywhere. The rooms are a bit chaotic. I could not find my room because there was no sign for it I had to ask the reception for help. There is a TV but no cable or at least it did not work, even though it is newly reconstructed the shower door could not be closed and the room door was also a bit sketchy.

The location is great, walking distance from the Strip but far enough so that it is calm at night. The hotel has a restaurant with relatively good prices (10.99 USD for chicken tenders and fries, 12.99 USD for burger and fries). The room is spacious and the AC is good, you will need it in Nevada. There is also a microwave in the lobby for you to use as well as free coffee and filtered water with very cold water (again you WILL need it in Nevada).

The carpet is old, with holes, bed is uncomfortable. In 3 days, nobody came to clean the room, nor to take the trash. The pool didn't work.

Only small issue was the cleanliness of this room. There were some parts of the room what were not cleaned mainly in the bathroom.

Lot of construction happening, which is a good thing for future stays. Even with the renovation, our room was extremely quiet.

We ordered breakfast off the menu. It was very good. Our server was exceptional.

Very comfortable suite. The location is relaxing despite the proximity of the airport.. Try and get an inside room facing away from the road. Beds comfy. The attached restaurant is good value. Feels more like a coastal resort than being in a big city. You'll be looking for the beach. Some people might think the immediate location is a bit rough around the edges, however, this means that there are a number of cheaper options available. The teriyaki place is very good.
