Just the pool during summer felt like a flesh stew. You couldn’t really find relief in the pool like he had during spring time.

Older looking hotel look from the outside. No jucuzzi.

I liked the clean rooms, nice comfortable beds, new towels, soft sheets. Boho chic look. The a/c worked great. Also, I loved that each room has a balcony. Pool area was clean, and I enjoyed the view of the palm trees and the back drop of the San Jacinto mountains

I didn’t find any mini bar options.

Property had been meticulously themed and fitted out. Check in process was a breeze and pain free by friendly staff who even facilitated early check in hours ahead of time for me. Pool area was terrific including poolside bar and food options.

The indoor and outdoor areas were incredibly stylish and inviting. The pool had wonderfully soft water, and everything was immaculately clean. The view was absolutely beautiful!

We booked the hotel specifically because there was a restaurant on site which had good reviews. Found out on our first morning that the restaurant was closed until Sept. This was never noted on the website or in our hotel confirmation. We had to drive everywhere for food which we did not anticipate. They refunded us the daily amenity fee both days, which was appreciated.

We were not told that you had to request for your room to be cleaned. After staying the first night, we asked about getting our room cleaned and were told we had not requested it? This was not communicated upon check in nor was any information provided. In the end, we were given bed linens to change the beds ourselves.

AC in room went down ending up with 100F in the room. We got another room (great!) but had to move all our luggage, which was a major inconvenience - they could have offered sth (eg mini bar drink for free) as a make up for this, but wasn't the case. Breakfast was pricey and options very limited - very disappointing was that they could not serve proper coffee, because the staff "wasn't trained on the coffee machine".

We did not like that the air conditioning was too loud. The toilet had a strong odor, which might have been a temporary issue.

We liked the pool area, which had plenty of umbrellas and loungers, a spacious pool, and a pool bar. The day beds were available, and we were able to use one for free because it was not very busy. The towels provided were nice. The view from the balcony to the mountains was great. The bed was large and comfortable. In the mornings, there was no breakfast, but there were complimentary pastries from a bakery and free coffee.

The trash cans were so so tiny you could barely fit anything inside of them. House keeping is also only upon request by 9am that morning. We were told the bar staff would know about reserving the pool cabanas, but we had to go up to the office who then redirected us to bar staff again and then the chef finally helped us. It was just a bit confusing but ultimately we were able to get one. The A/C was also not working upon arrival to our room which was a bit stressful as it was 90° inside the room. Staff sent someone within the hour to fix it but I felt as if they should’ve checked it out beforehand.

Check-in and check-out was super quick and convenient! The room was the perfect size for 2 people. We loved having the pool so close to our room and couldn’t hear any noise coming when we were inside our room. The Le Labo products were a plus as they smelled amazing!

They charged 100$ deposit which they hold 10 business days, this should be changed and released sooner. I claimed about this, could not get any proper answer.

We had a nice standard room with a balcony, we loved the pool and pick nic areas. Good location! We can recommend the restaurant also.

Room service not available and on-site restaurant menu is limited. Pool is rather small and unheated (we were there in April). Former historic name of hotel (Royal Palms or something) still prominently displayed on front of building. There was no closet or chest of drawers in our room. Owner—who was very nice—said they opened a few months ago and would address storage solutions.

Soothing interior and exterior design with lovely desert colors. Lovely, attentive staff (except for a few younger team members who looked perpetually annoyed). Great drinks at poolside bar, especially frozen margaritas. Food selection limited but good. Parking very convenient and close to hotel rooms. Super easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again.

I did not confirm whether the property renovations were complete , but I would suggest the glass slider doors be upgraded in general and to block the noise from the pool area on weekends. Also a towel rack and better vanity sink lighting seemed needed to us . I would return for a short stay and I plan to return to the restaurant

Another Nice renovation of an older motel-style Palm Springs property. Location in a quiet area, yet close to downtown and Indian canyon . Great area to explore by jumping on the bikes available for guests. Restaurant and associated staff were wonderful. Only had a one night stay , but relaxed in pool area with nice seating . Beds were very comfortable. All staff I encountered were so friendly and accommodating.

Suite was smelling some old. There were two tv sets in the room, both were dead. The remote controls have to be charged and both tv sets to be rebooted. They charged 100 $ deposit by arrival, this was also deducted from my account.

Good style, we had the suite but it was bit smelling. Std. room is better if you are two people only. Pool and pick nic areas are very good. We like the style of the hotel in total though.

No coffee maker or microwave in room :( Would have loved to be able to heat leftovers and make a morning coffee without having to leave the room to buy one. No phone either. Room could’ve been cleaner, rug is very dirty. Definitely need a bigger trash can, the one in the room can fit a few wrappers and a Starbucks cup. Felt bad leaving trash on the desk but it fit nowhere else.

great location, beautiful property, had a great time at the pool enjoying drinks and food. Great staycation! A bit pricey for what it is but would come back. fingers crossed the next time there’s coffee makers in the rooms!
