The wifi was very weak and slow.

Nice quiet location. Easy to get to everywhere by public transport. Our room was on the top floor, spacious and clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much needed as we arrived on the hottest day of the year. Staff were very friendly. It was nice to be offered complimentary breakfast, which was self serve with cereal, pastries, bagels, eggs, pancakes, juice, fruit and yoghurt.

Location to the VA hospital. Really large room; modern furniture. We really like this hotel and have stayed here a few times. It's getting kind of expensive, though.

The room was damp and a little dated. But with the price I can't complain more.

We had a room on the first floor. The location was really nice. It felt safe walking around. We also had a balcony, which is cozy sitting outside in summer. Breakfast is filling. Also there's free parking. Overall very ideal for its price.

They were renovating the floor below, but started late in morning and we were out whole day, so we experienced little nuisance.

You cant get to the bedroom without going thru the bathroom. Couldn't get the tv in the bedroom to work but that was ok, as we used the one in the living room. The AC seemed little old and noisy, especially in the bedroom. Very noisy.

Loved the location of our room, it was quiet and had a balcony, and spacious. We were able to use the kitchen which helped. The bathroom looked updated and had good mirror and lights. Loved the modern lights and easy access for plugs and charging, and there is a safe in the closet. Parking was included- big plus for budget. Check out was Noon, which helped us with our schedule. Staff was nice. We were there for medical reasons at UCLA, so it was convenient and close by restaurants, etc. We enjoyed walking around Westwood.

the couch was old. needs upgrading.

I loved my room! it had a small dining area, a lounge area and an enormous bathroom with lots of safety bars which are essential for seniors. i had a very comfortable double bed with lots of fluffy pillows. breakfast from 7-10am was adequate. staff was very helpful. the hotel is a located in the Westwood village, a stone's throw from the Hammer museum and the UCLA campus. there are good eating places very close by and a Denny's around the corner which is open 24/7.

Amazing location. Rooms are big, clean and well maintained for a two star hotel. Hallways feel a little bit dated but given it is a two star hotel with free parking, in my opinion it is justified.

Parking, while available is quite narrow and limited on first come basis. At the time of my stay they did remodel at the 3rd floor with quite a ruckus from 7am. If whole building was operational parking would be not enough. Breakfast options are quite limited but it just a personal limitation.

Nice little hotel close to UCLA, and Persian neighborhood. Friendly staff. 24 hour tea/coffee available.

I didn’t really like that the room I had was under construction while I was staying in it, however I do realize that was the reason I got such a big room for so much cheaper. Also, one of the staff was verbally kind, but looked like he was bothered by every question you asked.

I appreciated that my room was ready on time. I also liked the breakfast they had to offer in the building.

They are remodeling, so the less updated places should get better. Breakfast nothing to write home about. Standard preprepared items.

Room was large and clean. No complaints. Parking a bit tight but off street. Whoever said it was 20 minutes to everything in LA was lying. You cannot go 100 yards in LA by car in less than 45 minutes. Maybe at 2:00am. Not the hotel's fault. It is a good location. Would consider staying there again. Great value for the money (at least the room we.got). Walking distance to Target.

Older building in some need of updates (i.e. carpet refresh), although they have redone the bathroom nicely. Sofa bed is very old and difficult for an adult to sleep on. Main bed was comfortable.

The location is perfect for visiting UCLA. Medical center is less than 5 minutes away. Room was very spacious. We had a nice patio. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was fine, several restaurants in walking distance.
