No breakfast Room was so dirty. Daily. Lean but no deep clean - walls, floor, tub. Had hair on the sink. Supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke odor.

This place was a filthy trap house full of roaches and screaming addicts beating their children. I walked into the room and the smell hit me first, then I noted the buttons on the AC had been ripped off. The fridge was not working. The shower was a hole in the wall, the light above the sink was a bare fixture with exposed wires that sparked. I left so fast I left possessions in the room I will never return for and had to find a new place to stay at 11pm. Booking should be ASHAMED for even listing this place.

It was horrible and scary. There were holes in the floor and it was sticky. There was a dead cockroach. The whole place was dirty and smelled of stale smoke. They said there was supposed to be breakfast but there wasn't. There was something spilled on the window and cracks in the mirror. It looked like a tenament.

if your promoting having breakfast then have it. Sorry to say but there was a lot of drug activities going around that I did not like at all I have small children never again I will take my kids there. The room so-called clean, nope walking barefoot made me feel like I was walking on a sticky dirty floor smh nope 🙅

It took almost 30 minutes to get checked in. The man in the office was very high on drugs, and I was in the parking lot with people that were loitering high as kites Crack or meth or something idk. No other available hotels so it was this drug den or my car. Got into the room and it was dirty as heck. The only thing clean in that room was white bleached bedsheets. I cleaned my bathroom with antibacterial wipes but still couldn't bathe in there. My son had heb feet from walking barefoot in the hotel room it was so freaking dirty. If I wouldn't have had my kids I would have slept in my car.

Filth everywhere, stained burned disgusting linens, smoke filled room, filthy floor and that was just the room. The facility was absolutely abhorrent. Trash and filth everywhere. Elevator sounded broken and unsafe. Stunk of smoke and urine. Worst experience of my life.

The exterior was filthy. There were lots of flies in my room. The control panel on the AC unit was damaged but still worked. The floor was sticky. The door did not close properly but did lock. There was no breakfast. There was no coffee in the room. It was noisy outside.

Uncomfortable and not safe. People were selling drugs and prostituting women out of the rooms. The rooms were not clean.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the last time I use booking.com as well. I have been trying to get a refund for over a week and cant get a resolution. The photos of the property online are not the photos of the actual property. There was numerous prostitutes and drug addicts all over this property. I was asked numerous times for things as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. This property is INFESTED with roaches. As soon as we opened the door the walls and floors had roaches all over them. I immediately returned to the front desk to address the issue and ask or a refund and return the room key. I was told that the property was aware of the issue and had been trying to treat it. THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. I still have not gotten my refund.

Clean linen no flies around the ice machine

Room is very dirty flies everywhere elevator broken urine in the staircase. Walked in walked right out didn’t even set my things down hoping for a refund!
