This has to be the tiniest room I've ever seen. And it was in poor shape, though clean. There was putty repairs all over that looked ready to break, very poor workmanship.

It's the closest to the train station. It was pretty clean. The front desk guy was very courteous, but I think he was scared to death.

The room was tiny. The electric lines to the outlets may not even be legal or up to code. The air conditioner was very noisy. Not enough towels for two people. The repairs to the walls had not been painted.

We really liked the location. It was very handy for the next leg of our journey. It was a cute little room.

Floors creaked a lot. Stains on sheets. Property owner was very rude at check in. Also, parking is a bit of a walk, so be careful.

It was dry convenient to the downtown shopping center.

The TV did not work. The room was rundown could use a good facelift. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was a little small, but it was OK for the price

Convenient location for coming in on the train at midnight. The front desk was open 24 hours was greeted well with no problems area from train station to motel was well lit.

We had read several poor reviews in advance and were nervous about the cleanliness of the room. However, while it wasn't the most updated room, it was far from the worst place I've ever slept. We had no issues.

Location was very close to downtown and the train station. It was an easy walk after our Amtrak train arrived late at night and the check in process went smoothly.

Service Fee of 4.50 and Surcharge fee 5.50 were NOT included in the rate you quoted on your website (Booking.com). I am not sure what these fees were for, but if the property is going to charge them, then they should be disclosed on your website, as it raised the rate some 20%, over what Booking.com quoted. I might have selected a different property-- one without "hidden" fees!

the shower was almost impossible to tune in properly. (took me over 5minutes to get the water flowing and warm enough to take a shower.......really could use new fixtures. The parking situation is not good. not large enough to accommodate guests and had to park in a side business dark lot

Very dated and old decor. Noisy with thin windows. Traffic noise and trains run all night and shake the room. Aircon/heater very noisy next to bed.

Room was extremely small. One of the pillows and half the towels were either stained or possibly dirty. Extremely low water pressure. The ceiling above in the shower was flying patch job that was painted over. Duct tape was used to secure shower curtain as to not fall off the rod. One of the deciding factors to choose this spot was the refrigerator, however it did not have the little freezer compartment.

The location of the hotel, in downtown close to businesses we wanted to visit. If you like dark coffee, good morning coffee.

Found trash can full of drywall and pieces of drywall on bathroom floor. Bed spread had little bit of blood on it. Front desk clerk said he would handle both. Never did take care of over three days.

We had a 4 AM Amtrak departure, so this was an extremely convient location. The room price was a little expensive for the room, but it was clean and the train station was only a few blocks away.

We have stayed here a few times in the past and understand it is a motel, usually a fair price for what it is, etc. But the price this time was double what we usually pay, and our room was uncomfortable: the door had such a gap when closed that it was blowing cold air often, wind and noise coming from the street as well as rooms/office below. The heater worked ok, but was really dirty. The sink was clogged and we had to ask for someone to come and fix it. It feels like they really need to invest in some new towels and pillows, especially since rates have gone up. We usually like this spot for its location and prices, but we most likely won't be coming back next time we visit flagstaff,
