You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOnce walking into the lobby the entire place reeked of cigarettes. The bed sheets were awful. Don’t even look washed. They were absolutely disgusting. The restroom didn’t even have a door, just a sliding wood door that actually got stuck so we had to be squeezing through it our whole stay. There was a door in our room that led to the room next door. During the night the room next to us kept pulling at the door trying to Open it. We put up a chair in front of the door because we were so uncomfortable.
You get what you pay for. It was cheap.

United States of AmericaThere were damages all on certain parts of the wall. The walls were very thin to the point you can hear other guest “actions” which made it difficult to sleep. The bed would move around way too much even if you were just moving to your side and the spring sounds made it more annoying to get in and out of bed.

United States of AmericaRoom wasn’t as clean as it should be. There were stains on the carpet and loose threads on the carpet. The curtains had medium sized holes. Bed cover had holes and white bed sheets had stains in them. Towels had stains in them, toilet paper was in low supply and seemed they were both used and not replaced since the last guests. Not a big deal but I usually stay at places that have a near full roll every time. It was strange to encounter this problem. Shower tiles had some gunk between them. Shower curtain was stained and had holes/loose fabric making it look a bit worn. Elevator looks rough but works. Tiles on walkway need replacing.
Check in/check out was straight forward, staff was kind, location is near restaurants, fast food, and other stores, freeway near by but you can’t hear it at all. Room was big and featured a couch. Furniture wasn’t too bad.

AustraliaThis is a very tired hotel. We took the lift to the second floor, and was great full it managed to achieve it. On opening the exterior door into the hallway the stench of stale beer and cigarettes was overwhelming, to the point I was willing to turnaround and leave. But we continued on with great trepidation, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the smell had not permeated to our room, on inspecting the bed for bedbugs and finding no signs we stayed for the night, after parking our car behind a wall out of sight.
Was looking for a budget hotel for the night. The price was good. And now my husband understands that you get what you pay for!
