Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe breakfast was a basic continental breakfast.The pool was very nice with the exception of the pool women's room that needed repairs. the pool is situated on a different level than most of the rooms and the walkway and stairs to access it do not have railings . the room was of adequate size. the adjoining bathroom was very small and a little difficult to get out of the shower that had no grab bars.

United StatesThe bathroom was very small. The towels we were given were worn and had hanging threads. The room was very plain in decor. There was one picture on the wall and no other attempt at making the room cozy or homey.
I loved the comfort of bed and pillows. The room was a good size and appeared clean. We had a microwave, iron and ironing board, a fridge and a hair dryer and coffee maker. There were lots of outlets to plug in my phone and iPad.

United StatesThe layout is a little confusing. Need to look at the map to be sure where everything is. On our stay the power went out. We were not really sure what happened and no effort to compensate for the outage were made. We have stayed here several times and will again.
The property was nice and clean. Fire pit is one of the big draws to this hotel.

United StatesWe were there for 4 nights and no room cleaning, towels, coffee etc. we had to go to office for clean towels. In the photos it shows breakfast with waffles and u see hot serving dishes. It was only cereal, bagels, juice coffee yougurt and fruit.
The room was very clean upon arrival. the staff was very friendly.

United Statesunfortunately, they were shortstaffed so we had to go without room service every day. but the staff did tell us that whatever we needed to just let them know, and they would take care of it. and just a heads up we got breakfast included but it’s not a hot breakfast. It is more of bread, fruits, juice, coffee still pretty good but you could get tired of it if you’re staying there for more than five days.
I found the staff to be friendly and a great location to where we needed to be.

United StatesThe breakfast was extremely poor. We went down 20 minutes prior to closing and everything, including coffee was out. Coffee was refilled after staff was notified but basic fruit or muffins were not.
The location was excellent - very close to both center of Rockport and Gloucester. Parking was easy and convenient. Room was good sized and comfortable.

United StatesDidn't notice an elevator. Got a little lost but not too bad, but would help if there was signage, like the room number ones, to the pool, lobby, etc. The pool said there was a spa, perhaps a hot tub but we couldn't find any. Perhaps seasonal?
Great location. Close to town. Nice decor. Little area with books and games to borrow. Comfortable room. Great pool. Lovely fire pit area (too bad it wasn't on). Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast area was a nice grab and go selection. Absolutely would stay again!
