Room doors did not close/lock and there was no need for a room key as anyone could open any door with ease. There was no running water!!

There were large dumpsters in the front of the building full of crap from upstairs rooms (they were remodeling. But looked trashy) All upstairs room windows were open... The owner hung up on me twice earlier in the day, when calling them about an email I received from booking.com. (Not sure if he thought that it was a prank. Once we got there we showed him the email. He said it was a scam.) our rooms windows wouldn't shut due to them having a window unit in the rooms (which didn't work well.) the furniture in the room didnt fit, due to the window unit. Instead of buying furniture to fit, the furniture was put sideways. The shower was horrible. There was only one wash rag. There were only two towels. No shampoo or conditioner. When we first arrived our entry cards wont work. We had to go back to the office for them to be reset. The vending ice machine looked tore apart. Our room was clean, although the environment felt unsafe. If we paid any more than what we did ($55) we would have asked for a refund.

AC was a portable unit... the staff seemed eager to help but it was not adequate at all for the area. Even in the morning the room was hotter than outside. Loud and not comfortable.

Honestly I would not be open until I repaired several things. But I imagine they need to bring in money to do that. It served its purpose. Here is a list of issues: The spring beds we could hear anytime anyone moved The floodlights and lack of good curtains made it like daylight all night The door gap as well as multiple signs of b&e creepy They did provide a heat fan but we tried the heater first and it was so loud, we thought at first the little fan on the table was a fan and inspected to see if it was meant to be the heat source. It worked and we did warm up without the loud fan (perhaps a note on the thermostat would have been nice). We left at 3 am decided we slept enough and couldn’t wait to leave.

The fan in the ceiling leaked water all over the floor, I reserved a room with a tub and got a stand up shower, and the area where you would hang your clothes was gross.

Usually pet friendly motel 6 doesn't charge an additional pet fee. I got two rooms, for myself and my father. I wad charged a pet fee for both rooms despite clarifying I only had a dog in one room. No grass anywhere for the dogs, just gravel. The entire rear area of the hotel was covered in a layer of dog poo and cigarette butts. Gross

The breaker kept tripping and in the middle of the it happened and my child’s cpap machine did not work. I had to get it fixed, then we could not use the microwave in the morning as it made the breaker trip.

The guy from the front desk knocked on my door after several hours asking about payment, which I had done before checking in online. I was about to go to bed and felt it was rather inappropriate for him to not have called me instead if he had a question.

The hotel was clearly being renovated and that’s always a good thing.

Two out of 4 towels were DIRTY , I wouldn't was my car with them. The grounds were unkempt. There was only a small roll of toilet paper. No tissue paper was found. The AC and heater did nothing but make noise.

Hotel did construction, workers were drilling in next room, throwing mattresses, old furniture from second floor to first floor.….we didn’t rest well. Was a lot of dust near the the room and on the balcony.Workers wore masks,but we had to smell construction dust.

The room was filthy. There was hair and dust on the counters, microwave, and in the shower. I had booked a room with two beds and one of the beds was missing its legs and just set up on the floor. The other bed had a huge yellowish stain on the sheets and little hairs on the pillow cases. The comforter also and some stains and what look liked cigarette burns. I would’ve complained but my family and I had been on the road all day and didn’t get to the motel until after midnight. During check in, the guy at the counter had mentioned we were the last to check in and the place was full so getting a new room wouldn’t have been an option. My husband ended up removing the stained comforter and sheets and covered the bed with towels to sleep on. I shared the bed on floor with my daughter. We just wanted a decent, affordable place to sleep for 8 hours and then get back on the road but this Motel 6 didn’t deliver. I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews before booking this place. I would recommend spending a little more and staying anywhere else.

There was NO wi-fi which was listed as part of the package. The toilet flush not working properly. The room was a little small, but adequate. It was a little costly as we have stayed in cheaper rooms that were cleaner and even provided breakfast.

The bedding clean. It was quiet at night. We slept well. The parking areas were well lit at night. They had microwave and a good refrigerator. The AC worked well.

one wing open, other 2 appeared to be empty and sort of neglected/deserted look. Back parking lot large and empty, looked unsafe in back. Dirty linens overflowing in outside cart, stairs peeling, generally "decrepit" look of exterior. Piled up debris - possibly redoing other rooms?
