They were painting the facade and had cones out on the street making it very difficult to find where to park. How to drive around for an extra twenty minutes trying to figure out how to access the hotel. The toxic paint fumes permeated the hallways and room. Elevator was broken for the first 24 hours. The hotel sits right on the PHC. No easy access to beach. You have to walk 10 minutes down the road and across the bridge to get to the beach. You can see the ocean, but first you have to stare at cars and train tracks. The bedroom had no windows. Not much within walking distance in terms of restaurants and shops.

Ocean view. Comfy sofas and seats in the room. Pool and hot tub. Refrigerator. Easy parking. Nice kitchenette. Hot shower with good water pressure. Not very noisy. Not very crowded. Good communication from front desk throughout stay.

Such a long walk to the pool!! I guess construction interfered with that but very spread out and kind of confusing. Could be better signage. Also the staff was not friendly. Such as not even making eye contact and smiling when people coming in door. They did their job but certainly not going to go the extra mile for anyone. Easy way to make a customer feel welcomed. And towels by pool would be a tremendous improvement.

Loved the spaciousness of the room! Facilities kept nice and clean!

I was talked in to a time share seminar and was charged $140 dollars as a deposit. I was told that I would get my money back but I was still charged. I was lied to so now I have to try and get a refund.

The jets on the jacuzzi didn’t work. After I filled it up and got in and tried to turn it on, his behind the curtain was a sign saying jets non functioning. There was some sort of fan that ran all night and never shut off the whole time we were there. Some of the lights didn’t work as well. I had a previous hip and knee fracture and was looking forward to the jacuzzi soak when I saw it. Very awkward to take a shower in the jacuzzi.

We didn’t know about breakfast! We loved the location.

We booked a two bedroom with one queen and two twin beds using Booking. The hotel said that we had booked two queens and did not do anything to resolve the issue even after I sent email proof.

The front desk lady Leysly who checked me in meet me with so serious, mad face expression that’s it’s make me feel that I arrived not to my favourite resort but police station.Other workers was extremely friendly)) resort to compare Best western hotel doesn’t have smoking spot which is problem for smokers . Hotel didn’t locate right on the beach to go to the beach you have to cross railroad by stairs which is waking distance like 2 min from hotel Train noise can hear

Big swimming pool.There is 2 of them one smallest other biggest.2 hot tube .Pool hours till 11 pm which is super convenient. So you have plenty of time after sunset and even dusk go and enjoy your swimming pool and hot tube . Resort has full kitchen with all stuff you need plus bargeque .

The hotel is in front of the beach but to get there need cross street by bridge which is wasn’t mentioned in website The front desk lady leysly who checked me in was with so mad face all the time it makes first impression not good . It makes me little upset .Others front desk was super friendly.

2 swimming pool 1 is small other big with nice palm view 2 hot tube hotel offer full kitchen which is super convenient
