The room was very clean, the staff was amazing. I like that black washcloths were provided specifically for makeup removal! Nikki provided new towels everyday and made our bed as well! We took advantage of our breakfast vouchers! We will most definitely be staying again!!

The bed is a bit hard. The last time I stayed here the bed was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, the his time it was a super hard bed.

Very clean and quiet. The rooms are spotless. The jacuzzi tub is so clean! Honestly, the cleanest room I’ve had at a hotel. I’ve stayed here before and it was just as tidy then.

Property us close to go-cart track but you don’t hear anything- Very sound proof. The view from the balcony is very nice, over looking Little Pigeon River, very peaceful. And, Maid service was excellent

Easy online check in. Got a code to open room door, don’t have to worry about a card or key! Small lodge not many rooms which made it nice. Very quiet, clean comfortable beds room was decorated so pretty!! Nikki was very nice and efficient. Convenient to attractions, balcony overlooked the creek. Received daily voucher for breakfast at restaurant close by.

I didn't like how dark it was when I took a shower. Even with the bathroom light on, it was dark in there. The step up into the shower over the tub edge was a little high, but my sister and I both managed.

Check in was a complete breeze! It was fast, easy, and self-service. We honestly didn't know if the description online was accurate and updated or not, but when we arrived, we realized that it was exactly as described. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Since it was a little cold, we turned on the unit and the fireplace. That was a mistake because it got too hot. The fireplace was more than enough to keep it warm. It was very quiet and peaceful. No one bothered anyone else, there wasn't much noise, and even though we knew others were staying there, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The balcony was a very nice surprise because it was also quiet. Nikki, our housekeeper was great: without disturbing me or my sister or anything in the room, she cleaned and left fresh towels. We didn't have to ask her for anything. She saw what we needed and delivered. There are SO many places in walking distance and much to do. We stayed for two nights, but we'd go back and book here for longer. Sevierville is a hop, skip, and a jump away and Gatlinburg is no more than 30 minutes out. If you plan to go to Margaritaville, either plan on walking or factor in time to park and ride the trolley for free. As far as we could tell, there isn't any transportation similar to that from and back to the hotel.

We will defiantly stay here again. I will recommend this hotel to everyone that says they are coming to your area to stay here. Beds where great. Furniture was beyond perfect. Clean. Shower was great. Balcony was a nice touch to sit and listen to the water from the creek running.

We didn’t get in until late at night and the remote to the tv didn’t work because batteries were dead. We did call for help very late at night but, we thought we were doing sthing wrong with the tv and never dreamed the remote batteries were dead. We Got a call from the staff the next day and don’t think they were pleased that we had called them so late at night.

We love the location. Our room was so cozy and clean. We loved our fireplace and relaxed on our lovely balcony. We’ve Stayed there before and will be staying again.

The room was in a great location. It was very clean & comfortable. Loved having a balcony to sit outside. We had trouble with the TV & it was resolved immediately. Would def stay again.
