Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe breakfast was amazing! And to have it delivered to the room was wonderful. It was very pet friendly! The room had a dog bed, treats, a water/food bowl and poop bags. It was fun to walk the pooch around tiny Plymouth! Plus a big basket of treats for us-chips, etc.

A not-so hidden gem, on the main street of this historic gold rush town, Plymouth (known back then as Pokerville). Only a couple of doors away from an exceptional restaurant, Taste, also managed by the same couple.

This is a gem of a place to stay. The staff will go beyond your expectations to make you feel welcome and your stay with them a pleasure. Andrew was exceptional in his guest services. The breakfast was fabulous with homemade muffins our favorite. They host a free wine tasting from 5pm-6pm with hord'oeuvres from the restaurant next door. The room was spacious and clean with free parking in the back. There are no elevators and a few stairs to every room. Be sure to have the staff make reservations at the restaurant next door "The Taste". It is a culinary wow! There are many wineries close that the staff is very knowledgeable about depending upon your wine preference. We will stay there again.

United StatesThe beds are quite high off the ground. I'm on the short side so it was a bit of a challenge getting into bed, and I almost fell out of bed trying to reach the ground. But I managed!
The breakfast was delicious! The atmosphere in the lobby was nice and relaxing, the perfect spot to unwind. The staff was attentive and helpful and the nightly wine tasting was fun.
