Staff is always super welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy with nice fluffy pillows. The location is excellent - close to freeway, food and shopping. I always feel safe staying here.

The parking. I had to park out on the street in order to be close to my room. Also my room had a weird smell.

I enjoyed the surrounding area. The atmosphere was pleasant.

I thought the last time I had stayed I had queen size beds. When you sleep with little ones it's good to have a little wiggle room.

The size of the room was perfect . Having little ones was nice they had room to roam.

King bed was very small...likely not a king. Appliances were run down. Panel fell off below the sink. Sharp metal on side of pullout coach dangerous...2 of us have several scrapes on our lower legs. Breakfast was sparse. Pool was not clean...

Location, staff was friendly and helpful.

Room 139 smells terrible and no guests should be allowed in there.

My family and I stay at this Residence Inn all the time and typically we would give high ratings. Unfortunately, we stayed in room 139 which smelled overwhelming with smoke. The manager only gave us a 50% discount when I requested to be comped. It was a terrible stay, but the front desk supervisor, Lei, was so nice and willing to ask her GM to get comped.

Unfortunately, the room was a bait and switch. I made the reservation online using booking.com. According to the website, the reservation was for a king suite w/fireplace. The room was supposed to have a radio, fireplace, alarm clock as well as video games. Once we checked in we found that the bed was a queen (at best). The fireplace, the radio, alarm clock and the video games didn’t exist. My problem wasn’t that these amenities weren’t there. My problem was that I had reserved the room based on the amenities being provided for the price that was quoted. I was being charged for something that I wasn’t getting. After a discussion with the hotel manager, I was informed that the hotel doesn’t even have king beds or fireplaces on the property. The radio, alarm clock and video games should have been available but weren’t; but these things weren’t a deal breaker. Also, there are aren’t any ice machines available to the guests; this is not acceptable. What I reserved and what I got was very different. To the hotel’s credit, I did receive a price adjustment for my troubles. The listing for this property on booking.com needs to be corrected immediately before anyone else finds themselves in the situation that I just experienced.

The breakfast was standard fare. There were scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, juices, coffee, oatmeal, fruit and cereal daily. There were some variations, but mostly standard. Nothing was cooked to order. The food serving area was always clean, the juices were always cold and the food and coffee were always hot. WiFi was free, as advertised.

It is not a king bed suite. The website sates the room is equipped with king bed, but it’s not. If you’re traveling with young kid who co-sleep with you, the queen size bed is the worst experience you would ever have. And we called the front desk when we found the bed size was not as advertised, they only told us they don’t have any king bed in their hotel, and asked us to complain to booking.com. But no body cared we had a sleepless night and kicked us around with many useless apologies letters. Even when we told booking.com that the front desk representative told us if they requested discount for us, the hotel would approve. Nevertheless, booking.com kept asking us to communicate directly with Marriott. I wish I like this hotel, but we do have bad experience. Paying 200 more dollars for a restless night, that’s enough. Also air condition was also loud and cold. Will not come back anymore.

The room is clean and well equipped. It was expected to be good when you staying in a Marriott hotel. It’s convenient that the breakfast is included. And the morning front desk staff is friendly.

Where to begin… It’s in a dismal location, stuck in between the Marriott Courtyard and some kind of school district maintenance yard. Not at all well lit at night. There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. We had to yell “Hello” until an unfriendly young woman finally appeared. The room was okay, except the bathroom light also turned on a noisy fan: I measured it at 76 decibels. Oh, and be aware that the pet fee was a staggering 100 dollars.

It was relatively clean. They took dogs.
