1. The sofa in our room was broke, they did send someone up to look at it while we were out but not much could be done at the time. 2. We got room 304 which you'd assume would be one of the first on the floor but it was one of the last. We had a 2 year old with us which made this a bit of an annoyance. 3. Stove area was nice to have but it was in a very poor area to use for cooking due to being cramped.

1. Room was convenient as it had a fridge, stove and microwave like we wanted so we could cook. 2. Bed was comfortable. 3. Staff was friendly and helpful. 4. Outside pool and spa were nice.

We wish we had arrived sooner, to be able to enjoy it a little longer. Also, breakfast lasting an extra 30 mins through the week would be nice. Some of us start the mornings a little later than others. Otherwise there is very little not to like! I give it 5 ⭐️’s!

Well maintained indoors and out; top to bottom a lovely experience. Staff was incredible, the in room kitchen had everything we needed, and the personalized warm room welcome was also a nice touch! We will definitely be returning to this hotel for future Pigeon Forge visits!

Poor design. King room seemed jammed with furniture. Sofa bed and bed were opposite each other so tv had to be turned to one or the other. There was no way to enjoy the tv together.

Best Breakfast in 2 weeks of hotels! Nice and clean. Large outdoor pool.

This is the best hotel in Pigeon forge even if you plan to visit Gatlinburg or Great smoky mountains you can choose to stay here. Someone may think about high price but it is not at all compared to the excellent service, great breakfast and facilities provided in the room. It's more than enough for holidays or vacations. The staff was polite, kind and friendly. I will definitely go back.

I asked for an ironing board cover and was told I would get one but never did. We ended using a towel to iron on. This was our only complaint.

First Lady at the front desk was not able to pull up the confirmation number (booking.com number is different then theirs) or by last name she quickly moved us aside and told us to call booking they probably cancled it. Robin to the rescue and found it listed by my first name.

Honestly, We cannot think of one thing. The employees were nice and legitimately looked happy to be there. This is so unusual in times today.

We fully enjoyed our breakfast. It was wonderful. No need to go to a restaurant.

The outside & inside of the property is exceptionally clean, the area is perfectly quiet despite being just a couple of minutes from all of the action you want to experience in Pigeon Forge! The bedding was cozy & comfortable- the kitchen has all the amenities of your own home including plates, glasses, silverware, a corkscrew and a can opener. The bathrooms have plenty of towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner & body soap. The staff are very helpful, pleasant and seem to genuinely care that you enjoy your stay.
