It’s not really a big issue. As someone who eats home cooked food, the breakfast they have doesn’t taste much what I like, but it’s way better than many place I’ve been. In general it’s good breakfast though.

The reason why I rated it as good is the freezer section of the refrigerator's ice maker had been removed. I advised the front desk and they ask me if I was certain. I checked and rechecked and the ice maker for the room I was in had been removed from the refrigerator. Expecting the front desk to offer another room did not materialize. One would think this would have been the first offer made by management but none was forthcoming!

I really enjoyed the size of the room. The location once one got use to the traffic was ideal for the reason why we selected the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was average at best.

There was an error and my original room I booked for was already booked so I had to get a different room for the first night of my arrival but they did switch me to the correct room the next day and comped me for the inconvenience. Also the picture of the room online showed a full stove and oven in the picture but the rooms actually only have stovetops. That was misleading

The location was good. We were walking distance from some of our favorite restaurants.

Upon arrival I had to wait 10-15 minutes before I could check-in. After a long day on the road, that's not something you want. Breakfast options were limited.

Room was very noisy...right next to all the A/C units. Next time I will request a room away from this. Dead bolt lock on room door was broken. Breakfast was ok..not great. Hot items were not hot.

Broken elevator

Staff was extremely courteous, polite and welcoming to my family and I. The staff welcomed us every time we walked through the door. Room was clean and location was perfect.

We booked a room for 4 people, and they didn't make the bed for the other two people. We asked for extra bedding sheets at 10:00 pm and a person went at 12:00 pm to give them to us.

The elevator had a out of order sign on it front desk said their was a problem earlier, but it hadn't been removed. The elevator was hot & had an odor..

At checkin, the front desk associate was pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful there was a dog on our floor that kept barking. I asked if there was another room available, very thankful they were able to accommodate. Breakfast was great as well & clean overall. It's a great stay, and I will definitely stay again

The breakfast had a few problems, but there were a lot of choices. The problem with the breakfast sausage and egg sandwiches is that they were hard as could be, and that never improved in four days. You could make waffles, and they were really good. My husband opened a milk that was obviously on its way to being sour.

Everyone who worked there was nice as could be. It's always nice to have a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal should you so desire. The suite was very comfortable and very roomy. It had a bathtub, so I could take a bath and my husband could shower. The king size bed was comfortable, and they had two soft pillows and two firm pillows to choose from.

the main elevator was extremely slow and some buttons took multiple pushes for them to work. additionally, no allergen menu present for breakfast food. the location was not very good as it was difficult to get in and out of the hotel if you weren’t familiar with the area.

the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
