No one to help elderly folks with baggage. Were supposed to be on the same floor for this reason. Had to get off the elevator with our luggage & theirs. Then walk them down to their room with the luggage. Then go back to the elevator & up to my room. Would be nice to have a small free breakfast for the clients.

Cozy hotel, friendly staff, ejoyed our stay for the one night. Caught a cruise the next morning.

Lovely calm, welcoming space out of the hustle and bustle. We'd moved from the bigger resorts into Hotel Renew and found it much better staff, value and generally more relaxing.

There's not much to complain about when you're in paradise :-).

The aina that takes care of the hotel grounds were my favorite part of this stay. From the front desk attendants to the housekeeping team! As a visitors of the islands, I love to see how the aina contributes to the amazing culture on the island. They have so much more to offer than just their hotel services, there's a spiritual energy that they provide that I find healing as well. Although invisible and difficult for some to see, I believe their light shines so bright.

Nothing.. it was everything I needed and nothing I didn't.

The laid-back, no frills vibe was a comfort. The place was tidy, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Just a few yards from the beach and walking distance from shopping and dining. No gym or pool to pay for, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

There was piledriver work in the parking all day long. It was impossible to relax. I was happy this was a single night .

We got last valet spot. No one even asked us upon check in if we needed valet except valet, so surprised when we got to desk and was told we were getting last spot, that we were lucky. We had 3 rooms, thank goodness we only had one vehicle!

Construction noise in the morning was incredibly disruptive. You could also hear people talking on the street. My room didn't have a roller shade over the window so I had to keep the wooden shades closed all day for privacy. No gym in the building, it's a 15 minute walk to their sister hotel for their gym.

Staff was friendly for the most part. Stylish and spacious rooms. The large TVs were a plus! Shampoo, condition, wash, and lotion were actually decent quality.

The faucet in the bathroom. Has an awkward position. First world problem I guess. Don’t worry though, you will love it here.

The location for the price was unbeatable. Less than one block away from the beach and close to the zoo. You can park your car for way less near the zoo. Free water in the lobby was a great amenity and so was getting the beach towels without having to exchange coupons or anything like that. Staff was very helpful, room were clean and new. Plenty of fresh towels and overall for the price this was an amazing hotel

1. Lack of power sockets to charge a variety of devices. I was only able to find one power sockets on the bed lamp table, crazy for a big room. Recommend a power bar affixed to the main table for easy access. 2. Lack of water kettle for tea or other hot drinks without using the coffee machine to heat the water. 3. Add self-serve washer and dryer so guests can do laundry, especially guests with kids.

The front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful whenever we asked for something. We arrived at 10 am before the official check-in time. However, the staff was able to get the room ready by 2:30, which we greatly appreciate after staying awake for 24 hours.

Could be cleaner, the room did not have a microwave. Parking is valet ($39 per day).

Location was convenient, close to restaurants, beach, stores. Fairly quiet street. Rooms were pretty large. Hotel provided free beach towels and beach toys to use at the beach.

Location - a little walking distance to the main part of the strip Would like a balcony as to get fresh air instead of the AC - also the AC was making a lot of noise
