Bob the owner went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The rest I’m was perfect for my needs and the breakfast delicious. Everything was great!

The location was a little hard to identify since the house number is not easily visible from the street.

Host was great and facilities excellent for our purpose. Bob provided some useful information on local hot springs and ideas for extending our motorcycle tour.

There ought to be a mention in his listing about a shared bathroom. I believe there were 6 of us staying downstairs who shared it. We paid a total of $192 for our one night stay, which I felt was a bit high, even for a busy weekend where the entire town was booked up.

Our host Bob was the most welcoming person! His wife Rena was out of town for the weekend, so he was running the show. This was during the weekend of the big Red Ants Pants Music Festival, so his home was fully booked, and we didn’t arrive til 11 PM (which I did communicate to him ahead of time). Our bed was comfortable, and we were tired after all day at the hot sunny music venue. He made us breakfast in the morning, where we met another couple who stayed there. All in all, a friendly environment.

The listing should make it more clear that this is a shared basement space so you are renting a bedroom in a house. We shared the bathroom and common space with the other guests which was fine but not what we expected.

Bob is obviously a great guy and was very welcoming. The bedroom we rented was cool and dark which was great in the heat of summer. The beds were comfortable.

Friendly hospitality by the owners themselves. They put the guests first & foremost. Everything is first class from making a full breakfast to order to giving you a large basement area for personal use.

The owner met me at the door wearing only a pair of shorts and did not cover up He put me in what was clearly his bedroom Not the rooms in the photos! It would be okay if I was staying at my grandparents house but I paid a lot of money for a creepy place

It was in someone's basement, the driveway was a sheet of Ice, the stairs down to his basement where so step with only one railing. No locks on our doors unless we were in the room. Shared bathroom. Was not expecting any of this just left and was told no refund on either of the rooms. My daughter and I got ripped off close to 400

This is someone's house, not a bed and breakfast. It was falsly advertised. I was under the impression that my friend and I were going to have 2 queen beds in a room to ourselves in a cute bed and breakfast. We showed up to find that it's a person's house and we end up sharing one bed (he gave us his bedroom), he did offer to put another mattress in the room and we didn't take him up on it. There's a big difference between paying this kind of money for a room in a house and for a room with 2 queen sized beds in a room at a bed and breakfast. There were more beds downstairs but it was more like a hostel set up and not a hotel or bed and breakfast. Please advertise accurately.

Bob was incredibly kind and willing to accommodate us in a great room. He was willing to make us breakfast at whatever time was best for us. The location is right in town and just a minute drive from the hot springs. Our favorite B&B!

There was miscommunication about bathrooms. I did not realize it was a shared bathroom. I wish there was shampoo and body wash available in the shower and I would prefer liquid soap as to bar soap in bathroom especially when sharing with strangers. Hooks in the bedroom to hang towels would have been appreciated. It was a quite hot when we were visiting and the basement was definitely cooler but we could have used a fan in the room.

The breakfast was good and prepared at any time we choose which was great!! Bob was super friendly, helpful and kind. He worked hard to satisfy all his guests and made great suggestions for food and things to do in town.

We stayed in White Sulphur Springs to attend the Red Ants Pants Music Festival. Due to the nature of our group, and lots of other guests, we had the pleasure of staying in a private house. We were not expecting that and we’re very pleased with the arrangement. Bob was a very friendly and attentive host!
