The bottom of the tub in our bathroom was stained and the paint was chipped. The water pressure in the shower was very low. For the price of this hotel I would have expected better. Parking was over priced as were the resort fees. They do give you two drink tickets to redeem for a complimentary beer or wine but I didn’t use them so I would have preferred to have free parking.

The rooms were huge and the beds were comfy! We loved the large atrium area. There were plenty of food/drink options and my daughter loved the soft serve ice cream. It’s also within walking distance to seaworld :)

I didn't like all the added fees for WiFi, parking and such things even though it's the norm now.☺️

I liked how attentive and pleasant each staff member was from the Guest Service Representatives to the Environmental Specialist. I also enjoyed having an interior King Room with a private balcony.🤗🌺

We loved the atrium. Very unique and beautiful.

Shouldn't charge so much for parking honestly that's the main complaint. We were evacuated for the hurricane from Pinellas county. We lost all our food twice in 2 weeks and then had to spend money on hotels and the parking was crazy to have to pay for everything else was fine.

Dated in need of renovation, hotel run to milk customers to the maximum possible, furniture, carpets transports you back a few decades, even towels and linen while clean, old. Everything that you may consider buying on premise extremely expensive

Super bed, large room (corner suite), good fitness club, cool lobby area

I wish there were more food options in the hotel. We didn’t really find any place where the food was great to be honest.

Beautiful property and room. Everything is large, the rooms and hotel. Splash pad was also fun for our toddler.

Spa facility not operational for the foreseeable future- no recommendations where to go, no alternative Breakfast is better in holiday inn and the charge was $76 for two people without tip, reality check needed Everything seemed rationed, from soap in the bathroom to jam for your breakfast It had a look and feel of a typical hotel cutting corners. For the luxury price I paid it wasn’t worth it $790 for three nights

    Had a look of newness

WiFi was very spotty and hotel requires you to pay for it if you're not a Marriott member. There were two lifts (out of 4) out of service for a portion of our stay which made getting to/from room time consuming. The shuttles for the parks were always late or didn't show at all, which was frustrating (but I don't think this is a service provided by the hotel).

Location to Sea World was great. Breakfast was included with our stay and was very good. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool was excellent. Bar staff at the pool bar was fantastic.

Our room had an adjoining door and was super noisy at night. All the hotel room doors slam shut and you could hear every bang from the rooms around you. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were way to soft for us and had zero form to them.

We really liked the outdoor area and plenty of seating inside the hotel. It was very convenient to have multiple eating options within the hotel so we didn't have to drive. The room was a good size and view of Orlando was amazing.

They were exorbitant rates for parking for no apparent reason. The price of the rooms was out of line with the overall quality of the hotel. Staff was very variable. Some of the staff were great, but others were not very helpful.

Overall, it was a pretty nice place for a conference, with the conference center conveniently located to the rooms. It was a clean facility.
