The only thing I don't like is the bathroom, my eyes are very attentive when it comes to rust, I can see the sink, toilet and tub being outdated.

I like that there is a splash zone with big slides for the kids. The hotel is huge. The rooms are pretty big, same as the beds. You can add 2 more queen size inflatable imo. It is very close to SeaWorld & Aquatica. The front desk & hk staff are nice & friendly. The Starbucks inside has moved to the market (near bfast area) The breakfast is not included, I think it's around $20 per person. The parking is the same. I had misunderstanding regarding our fees though, it was the incidentals for $75. I thought it will get refunded but after weeks of calling & being told it will be back in our bank soon, the manager told me that it indeed covered the resort & parking fees. It took 2 weeks, I was under the impression that it was included when they charged my card upon checkin. But the manager was nice enough to give me something for the inconvenience so that was a plus!

The bathroom didn’t have a vent; the complementary toiletries were super tiny; the tub was super slippery…almost fell; left food on the desk…woke up to trail of ants all over food (we were on the 10th floor btw).

Very friendly staff everywhere we went…from valet, to front desk, to restaurant staff, to maids. Everyone was super friendly and professional.

Front desk could have more pleasant attitudes when we were checking out. There was no response when we gave a great review about what a great job your housekeeping staff had done with our room. Fees were a bit much. To charge $30 parking per day on top of a $35 resort fee ( that offers shuttle service… but it’s very limited)

Wonderful breakfast and our waitress “Anna” was absolutely amazing! She was so very kind to my entire family. Boardwalk restaurant had outstanding food as well! Outdoor pool area is beautiful!

I checked in at around 7pm for 2 nights and was given a room that was either occupied or not cleaned up. I walked into the room with messy beds, towels on the floor and an empty red wine bottle with glasses on the table. I tried calling the guest service a few times and no one picked up the phone so had to make my way back down to the reception to get things sorted out.. Also, I was surprised how late housekeeping came to make up the room. They didn't come until 5pm the next day and as my child was napping, cleaning up of the room was not possible. I was only able to change the towels as I didn't want them entering to disturb my napping child. I always thought housekeeping should be done in the morning or early afternoon but that wasn't so at this hotel. I tried calling room service as well but no one picked up the phone.

The hotel had great amenities especially the toddler splash area. My children had a blast there and we could stay in the hotel without leaving as it kept them entertained for the whole day. The food outlets was great too, we were able to grab a snack and also have a full course whenever hungry.

Needs some updates our toliet was low to the ground for adults(1072) the couch was uncomfortable possibly needs to be replace the shower head needs to be updated would be nice to have microwave in the room..They had a storm outdside the lights flickered my daughter was in the shower and the water went out shortly and came out black while she was in there the gave me a 50.00 discount off the room but that was gross

The rooms were just ok, not very inviting. The beds are average, not the most comfortable. I didn’t like that there was no gift shop or market open later at night to get water or a snack. The only option was the bar or Boardwalk restaurant.

There was a minor issue at check in - The front desk had trouble finding our resevations since we booked through a third party but once that was resolved, it was smooth sailing the rest of our stay.

This hotel is a vibe. We loved the open and airy lobby and simple layout of the restaurants and amenities. Food was really good, beds comfy, and rooms clean. It was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Sea World.

The people in 8062 were noisy till the wee hours of both nights as if they had never gone anywhere before!

However 2 of 4 elevators were out of service 3 days and hotel was at 100%capacity. It took 20 minutes to get elevator each time you went to room.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff super well trained and friendly. Great pools. Best location for sea world.
