there were dirty wash cloths hanging on the shower curtain rod. there was soap left in the soap dish in the shower dried with a hair in it. the comforter was stained. the vent cover in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling. the mirror I. the bathroom was not clean.

The sheets were dirty, that had stains on it. if I could upload pictures of it I would. the bed had crumbs in it. spider webs in the corners, etc.. I notified a staff and suggested another room. not only the room I had had problems but the other room was worse. also took pics of the issues. the only thing the staff could do was offer me brand new sheets/comfort because the manager was out. at check out I confronted the manager with the issues, sad to say nothing was done. worse thing I ever heard an hotel manager say is “maybe some customer snuck in the room and used the beds.” I was livid. No credit no refund no nothing. toning but an argument back and forth. did not even want to see the pictures. I would never recommend this hotel. all the hotels was booked, but at least I got to lay my head down THANKFULLY

The pictures online look nothing like the actual rooms. The ac didn't work. There was no cloth on the ironing board and when I asked for one they gave me a towel. The wash rags were dirty and the rooms smelled.

Horrible condition smell urine in the stairwell was a drug dealer or suspicious person sitting in his car in the parking lot trying to get people to come to his car was a rundown trashy City

The fact that they provided me with a place for my family to take shelter from a hurricane and I also liked that they let me smoke weed in the room

Staff was friendly. The room was clean and organized. The furniture was comfortable.

The hotel looked very run down the hole building was hot 🔥🥵 including the roomthe elevator didn't work and I was on the third floor and me and my children had to walk up the stairs the pool was out of order and it look like it has been out of order for at least 2 years or more but it's a perfect hotel for the Street Runners I said what I said 🤷🏽‍♀️

Everything! Unsafe, smelled, no breakfast.

There are so many things to say. This hotel was probably the worst place that I have ever experienced. We didn't even end up staying there. It was unsafe; none of the doors were locked to the outside and there were random people hanging around in the hotel. It took about 15 minutes before we were even greeted in the lobby. The smell was horrific there was no breakfast like advertised and it was just terrible. I wouldn't even advertise this place anymore. It is the worst!

Non smoking room smelled with a strong smoke smell. I reported it and then went to get some spray. I looked forward to swimming in pool but it was not running. There was hair not ours in bathroom it was just not a clean room. Lost money in coke machine.

Very dirty, shower has grease a d somerhing else smeared on the wall, blood or something dried on bathroom door and the plug ins would not hold my charger....over all smell was bad, but I will say the bed was usable.

Staff could have spoken better English. The place could have been cleaner. The appliances could have worked. I was over charged I paid 112 dollars online then had to pay 147 dollars once I got there. The 112 dollars was eventually refunded to card but still had to pay more than I was quoted.

The motel was nothing like described or in pictures . The ac did not work the tv did not work. A d there was a local drug dealer who did not hesitate to aak if we needed anything, meaning drugs. Also he would knock on our window to ask for cigarettes. The place had a real dirty feel to it even though the Hilton and Hampton Inn were just up the road. Overall the place sucked.

I didn’t like the brown bugs on my sheets when I pulled them back nor did I like that there was not even a grab and go breakfast offered, not even a muffin. I understand COVID but a sack breakfast would have beat nothing

I didn’t dislike anything. The bed comforter was a little worn, but it was very clean as was the whole room. The hotel was old, but charming.

I loved the magical feel of the hotel. There was a special inviting warmth that l felt. The architecture in the lobby was castle like. There was nothing cookie cutter like about the place. It was quite unique. And the owner, Shirley was lovely to talk to. They made my dogs and l feel quite welcome and at home. I will definitely stay there again.

What did I like? I don't complain about rooms much. Old towels that look like they had since they opened. Old bedspreads. Vent coming down in the bathroom. College kids partying in the parking lot and cops had hotel blocked off, we couldn't get into our room for about an hour.

Breakfast??? Lol...You have a small coffee pot in your room. In the bathroom.

Hotel was rundown and in need of repair. The hotel did not smell fresh and was in need of cleaning. The bathroom towels were old and stained, and the bed spread was old, dingy, and stained.
