We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI was a bit disappointed about the lack of amenities in our room. We had no microwave or refrigerator which would’ve been nicer.
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. The woman running the front desk I believe her name was Ruth had the kindness of a mother/aunt/grandmother. She helped my partner and me consistently during our stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly cozy.

United StatesWell the microwave didn't function well even though maintenance came around to fix it twice. It's a non-smoking premises but people still smoke along the balcony.(not nice) I think cleaning services should be available at all times not just Wednesdays. Aside from these,I enjoyed my stay!
I enjoyed my stay,it was pretty much calm. The proximity to all the stores is a plus for me. Security is tight! There's the St George police parked at the car park throughout. Friendly staff.
