We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast was so disappointing. Yes it's hot. But it's understaffed so there is rarely enough food for the people there at breakfast. There is a "Ring Bell" if food needs to be replenished but I'm not sure it's connected to anything because multiple people pushed it hoping for food but it was unanswered. Overall, that diminished the stay. Beds were ok but the sheets are not real soft. Location is great and close to Longview. The price was the highlight

United StatesThe staff at desk did not know if the town had a visitor center. We found it located only about 1/2 mile from the hotel at the corner of Allen st. I would think the hotel could direct people to the Town's Visitor center. Also no information about visiting Mt St helens although when I researched Mt St Helens, they recommended the Red Lion as being a good location to have access to the site. The breakfast was totally gone when we arrived and we (along with others) had to wait for more eggs, sausage, milk to come out from the kitchen.

United StatesChanged rooms because my toilet didn't flush. Solo traveler pretty much at the far end of the building.i got my steps in going to an from my room to the breakfast. Which I went to the first morning at 7 am they opened at 6 and there basically wasn't anything left. I waited a good fifteen minutes before just grabbing a bagel and coffee and going back to my room cause they don't have pots in the room. All in all not happy. Ants in my bathroom. No way to use the tub only the shower.
The bed was comfy.. nice staff .

CanadaRoom 118 is in need of some TLC cleaning, refinishing of surfaces, upholstery, carpet and caulking around the tub.
The coffee was quite good, and we were pleasantly surprised. The offerings at breakfast are basic tummy fillers, and we're cool with that. I used the fitness room and the equipment was decent. Our bed was comfortable and it was lovely and quiet. We slept well. I liked the toiletries and the shower was hit with good pressure.

Location is great being right off the freeway and the bed was comfortable.
