No air conditioning or if they did have it it was not good enough. We were there for 9 days and we had one house keeping visit and we had to ask for that 3 times before we finally received new towels, bedding and the bins emptied. We didn’t eat the breakfast although it was good enough if you just wanted bread, yogurt, and cereal.

Limited processed breakfast options, in our first room a piece of the door handle mechanism fell off and then we were locked out?? Staff were very helpful and eventually got us back in and switched us to another room, but unfortunately that one mildly smelled like stale cigarettes

The bath/shower needed to be updated. The single operating elevator was slow so we used the stairs. Since we were only on the second floor and we are quite mobile, the didn't present a problem... but might for someone else. A fresh coat of paint and some maintenance would help make the hotel more attractive.

Breakfast was good. The room was spacious. We were close to restaurants and parking was safe. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

This place was beat up. Shower and tub were painted and peeling. Sliding window didn’t open. Bathroom floors and walls were gross.

Our second night we Had issue with guest above taking shower and it was leaking through our ceiling into the tub. Ceiling had just been repaired we were told for same thing. We had to move to another room. No hand towels, or bath mat. Ice machines on every floor were out of order and each day had to go down to front desk to get ice. Room was nice but bathrooms are a little shabby with peeling paint.

At night the area was a bit sketchy. Okay if walking with a group. The hotel is quite dated and the rooms show their age, but again, good value for the dollar.

Basic room was as expected and good value for the dollar. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable, and the hotel was an easy walk to a nice park, as well as to the capitol buildings.

Bathtub had several chips and stains. It didn’t seem “clean”. The carpet in the hallways was dirty. Toilet was chipped. Walls were cracked. It needed a good renovation.

3rd floor arcadia door to the outside was taped shut, could not open for fresh air. There was a noisy portable air exchanger connected thru the closed arcadia door for air circulation in the room. Ice maker was on the blitz. One of the only two elevators had failed.

Breakfast had good choices. All my favorites, coffee, cereals, bagels/toast, yogurt, fruit. Good breakfast to start the day.

Toilet was filthy !!! Moldy rings inside. The rest of the room, superficially, looked clean, but it made me wonder...bedding sheets appeared clean & fresh. There is no "room refresh" to get more coffee pods, you will have to go to the front desk. When I politely informed the manager regarding the condition of the toilet, the response was that they recently joined the "WA State green initative." I responded that I understood; however, it was very apparent the bathroom toilet had not been cleaned for some time. Disappointed ! 🤨

Bed was super comfortable ! In room frig & coffee maker were a plus. Breakfast was basic...yogurt, dry cereal, oat meal, muffins, bread, bagels & cream cheese & fruit. Orange & apple juice. Coffee & tea.

Breakfast is typical American breakfast with nothing healthy or fresh in it, but for those who love processed food and sweets it’s perfect.

Location and staff were excellent. Rooms okay and AC working fine, even on hot days. We were on the sunny side and with the curtains closed the room was cool as soon as sun set. Old, but still very comfortable hotel. Good parking on top deck right outside hotel.
