Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe breakfast was not very good. I feel like that seating area could use a face lift and you guys could really be an elite hotel. We also didn’t like that our room wasn’t cleaned. The maid assumed we didn’t need it and never knocked on the door. The shower towels also need to be updated some were stained and they were so thin.
The room was clean and did the job. We liked the pet friendliness of it.

United StatesI loved the heat of the hot tub but the jets just bubble water right up over your head so it was not really relaxing. That was the only issues that we had all weekend.
Everything was GREAT. The room was nice and clean and comfortable and the beds were comfortable as well. We really enjoyed our time there. Our kids loved the pool and stayed in there most of the time. All members of the staff that we communicated with over the 2 days were super great as well. Very friendly and happy to help.

United StatesOur room was not at all as pictured. This was day 8 for us on a road trip and this room was by far the smallest we encountered. The price was a little high for the size of room we got. The bathroom door was hard to open because it would hit the toilet every time. And our fridge did not work and stunk. They replaced it the next day with another, though that one had all the door rails broken and wasn't great either, but it ran!
This hotel had a lot of great activities such as miniature golf, pickleball, basketball court, and an indoor/outdoor pool as well as a pool table inside. The kids loved the pool!. For breakfast you get tickets and there were hot options like sausage and eggs as well as cereal and waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had a broken fridge. Location was pretty central.
