We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSeveral things. 1. Lousy breakfast table. If you like some fruit, they have that. If you like canned juices, they have that. They also have coffee, but nothing more. Of all the hotels I stay at this is the worst. You probably should just go to McDonalds. 2. The staff. They seemed distant, not really caring about you as a customer. 3. I booked through Booking.com. They offer you an option to pay through them at which I did. When I checked in they wanted me to present them with a credit card. I questioned why. They assured me it was just for security. OK. Next morning I got a receipt for my stay to turn into my company. Again it showed a charge. Again I questioned them. They assured me that it would come off by the next day. Nope. My American Express showed that they charged me. So, it was $161.00 for Booking and $149.00 for Red Lion. That's $310.00 for an average room. When I called they wouldn't answer their phone. Finally, I got through. Again they told me it was an easy fix and that when they got to it they would give me a call. So far, nothing. If you use Booking don't present your card. 4 I think it's under new management. They're running this fine motel into the ground.
This is a good hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. I have an oversize vehicle and need room to park. Their parking lot is huge. Most other supply truck vendors stay here for the parking.

United StatesIt's not anyone's fault but it really felt like this corporation Red Lion had some how completely passed this location up when it comes to general car. I actually felt bad for the manager, he was funny though.
With my booking.com standing I got a free room upgrade to a premium king! That "room" had a long leather sofa a wash room outside of the bathroom and was nice and quiet.

United StatesAs we checked in, two employees behind the counter were talking to each other. As I approached the desk, neither one looked at me or acknowledged that I was even there. I stood there for about 2 minutes before they stopped talking, then one of them said that they could help me check in. Very poor customer service!

United StatesThe secondary door latch was broken. The door casing was busted. Ants in the bathroom and night stands. Both faucets had only hot water on both handels. The shower was plugged up and drained slowly. Also, it's right next to the wastewater treatment plant. Smelled like sewage. The pool was closed so was resturant.
Beds were comfortable, so were pillows, room was clean. The staff was friendly.

United StatesThe bedding was mediocre, lumpy pillows and mattress. The towels were small and rough. The in-room coffee (grounds in an envelope) didn't taste like coffee. The facility explains that COVID is the reason its other services are still shut down.
The room was clean. It was quiet despite being adjacent to a major thoroughfare. The location was convenient to my task. The parking was very good.
