We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were surprised to be staying above the attached karaoke bar and restaurant. We came back to our room late in the evening and we could hear the music to our room.
We booked the room last minute and while the night atmosphere left much to be desired, it met our basic needs for the night.

United StatesThe AC, it’s on and off by itself when it reach the temperature that they/you set. So it was a little noisy and annoying if you are type of person who can’t stand the noice.
It is clean, most of staff speak my mother language (Vietnamese), especially this hotel stay in the big Vietnamese community in OC, so this is a plus. I can see most of the guests stay here are Vietnamese too. They did clean the room everyday. The location is not bad at all. I don’t stay much at the hotel so I don’t know much about anything else as I always leave at 6am and be back about 8-9pm, so it was just a place to shower and sleep.

United StatesThe rooms has seen better days. Shower equipments were needing an upgrade. The AC unit is somewhat loud and emits this unpleasant urine smell which I’m pretty sure it’s mold due to filter/condensation issues.
