Honestly nothing huge. They need a better vendor/snacks/misc convenience area. It was extremely bare bones (no travel supplies like toothbrush, no electrolyte drinks like Gatorade).

Room was clean and pleasant, staff were helpful and friendly, pool was nice, and parking was easy.

We only stayed 2 nights checked in at 4pm and didn’t get housekeeping the next morning because apparently you have to schedule it in advance which is bs since we weren’t told and the next morning was out check out morning had a long drive home so we left at 6am instead of the scheduled 11am check out.

It was good has a microwave, fridge, and mini little stove so It had a good feel! It felt more like home than a hotel

Our fridge didn't work, the plugs by our bed kept having the chargers fall out, the coffee pot wasn't plugged in & the plug was behind the TV cabinet & the workers doing construction stood out our door at 7am laughing & talking loudly. I'll make sure I am to not be by any utilities rooms in the future. I'm usually not a complainer, however, I didn't have a pen to write on the maintenance request form & we had to leave to make our travel arrangements.

My family was impressed with the size of the suite that we stayed in, particularly since it was so well-priced. The suite was spacious, with a full kitchen (large fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher), a living room with a couch and TV, a bedroom with 2 beds and another TV, and the restroom. The suite was very clean and comfy. Highly recommend staying here!

The property has a non-smoking policy, however there were people smoking on the parking lot. It is hard then to know how it really works, and you can get afraid to smoke somewhere, since a fee of 200 dollars may be applied if you smoke inside the property. The surrounds are really dark and there is not much. That means, to smoke, I needed to walk around in the desert streets. Did not like that experience.

The room was quite big and fully equipped. The staff was always available. In general, the room looked well cleaned.

The bathroom tub was leaking. The couch inside the room is very outdated and not that comfortable. I think that is something that should be upgraded. I feel with a better couch it would have made the room more elevated. Also, the stools to sit on could be upgraded as well. They look a little dated and are not very comfortable.

I liked the location. It was not far from shops and it was the perfect location for our Legoland trip. Although, it was next to a motel. The building and property seemed well kept visually. It had the curb appeal to seem safe and nice. I liked that parking was close to our hotel room as well.

No shampoo in room (2 conditioners instead) and shower curtain was bent and couldn’t be closed so water went everywhere.

Everything was very clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and breakfast was great! Also, amazing location, walking distance of a strip mall and public transit! Very much recommend staying here!

The beds were very uncomfortable. I wish they had curtains that closed all the way. We were on the first floor and all the light came in at night through the window because the curtains only close half way.

I love the location of the property very close to our destination Legoland.

Breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, cereal, bagels, muffins, and more. It was a lot more than I was expected and it was very good. The only thing that I didn't care for was the orange juice which tasted more like flavored water but it's not enough for me to not book it again. The bed was really comfortable and I wish I could have slept longer. While the location of the hotel was not in a bad location it definitely is not within walking distance to anything. It's more industrial with car dealerships and businesses but it is not far from the beach at all. It was a great value. The staff were all very friendly, asked about my stay, how I liked the room, what my plans were for my stay. Everyone was very pleasant.
