Beautiful Location. The Owners were friendly and knowledgeable. Beach right across the road. Pool was enjoyable and the yard had Caban with grill. You can even do your wash there and just chill out. We had friends come and visit for day and great time. We will be back.

Just the one bed. That's it.

We had a 2 bedroom. The place had everything we needed and the owner or manager was super nice. Laundry was free, which was amazing and they had lots of extra items you could use while you stayed so you didn't have to purchase a lot. The only suggestion I would say is the smaller double bed could maybe have been updated. It wasn't the most comfy but we aren't very picky so..otherwise.. fantastic place. It was quiet as well and the ocean is right across the street.

Close to everything. Check in and management very accommodating. Kathy is great! Property has it all. Pool, facility to wash clothes, and a patio cooking area. Very quaint old Florida vibe.

It’s Right across the street from the beach, decent price, provided beach chairs and beach towels, cute and quaint. The staff is there throughout the day if you need them or have questions. Plus they are very friendly, a family feel to it.

The room had a slight musty smell. It was difficult to maintain a suitable humidity level (the weather was not cooperative either cold for Florida) it wasn’t that bad and there is free access to laundry facilities if needed.

The beach was a very close walk across the street. We were able to walk to dinner every night. The pool was warm and clean. There were plenty of outdoor seating options. Our room was roomy and well stocked with a coffee pot, cups, plates and silverware. We loved the beach chairs that were provided in our room. That was great since we came by plane and weren’t able to bring our own. Free Parking directly outside of the room was convenient and made getting unpacked and packed very easy. The staff was very helpful always checking if we needed anything. They called us as soon as our room was ready instead of having us wait around till 4:00 for check in. I would stay again!

If we were nit-picking, needs cosmetic improvements such as updated decor, recaulking and faster hot water for shower. However, we still enjoyed our stay and we would return.

Great location and friendly staff. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach which felt very private because there is no public parking. We loved the pool and tropical plants surrounding it.

Kathy was great, she was accommodating with check in and gave us great recommendations for the area around us! The room was big enough for my husband and I for the time we were staying. Room was clean as well.

The room furnishing was old, the refrigerator was very small inconvenient to keep cold drinks and snacks. For the price the rooms need some updating. It was clean. The pillows were extremely hard but the mattress and air conditioner were the best things in the room.

Location was perfect. Beach access was great.
