place looks beautiful online but should be charged with false advertising. place is a total dump. room smelled like smoke, door needs to be slammed shut to make sure it’s closed, wasn’t clean, toilets didn’t flush right and ran non stop, claimed it had a (balcony) when I booked, bathroom door hit the toilet and was literally falling apart. price was cheap so I should have know better but will definitely spend more money for next time I’m in the area to avoid this place.

Everything, it was dirty, run down, shady people (same people every night) around especially at night hanging out in the back (where our room was).. It was a bit scary! Cars pulling in and out to these people hanging around constantly. I believe they have people living in these rooms. Cars broken down, flat tires, completely filled with trash, and they literally use clear packing tape to hold some of these vehicles together! The 1st room they gave us had a broken refrigerator with water pouring everywhere. Both rooms stunk, dirty, and gross! I wore my flip flops in the shower! The bed was hard as a rock! The pool was as green as the grass!! I wouldn't ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone! The only reason we stayed was because we were meeting others that were coming in town at different times of the day. Staff was not nice or accomidating!! One positive thing is the AC worked great! Everything else was very disappointing! Unfortunately, I didnt take any other photos. The one I posted of the vehicle didnt move the whole time we were there, it was right beside where we parked. When we first got there, the whole front bumper and grill was laying on the ground. An hour later, someone came and used clear packing tape to tape it up. A few other vehicles were the same way near our room and they also didnt move our whole stay either.

Carpet turned my white socks black. Pool was green. Broken down cars (7)with flat tires everywhere. Constant flow of cars pulling up to rooms then someone from room comes out to car then car leaves. Terribly patched holes all over the room. Bottles of shampoo and lotion only half full like prior customers used it and the hotel left it there. Don't go by the pictures you see on the website for this place. Person at desk was rude when we were leaving. Please stay away from this place

Air conditioning was cold and seemed to be an endless supply of hot water. That is all that was good about this place.

Air conditioning did not work with high 90 degree weather plus partially torn apart, pool closed, not maintained, used towels all over, thick dirt visible along where wall and floor meet, cobwebs throughout, no complimentary shampoo/soap in one of the two rooms, obvious drug dealing going on outside of rooms. Lobby was pristine and nicely air conditioned, the rooms did not reflect this at all. My mother was feeling ill from the heat and we had to leave, after waiting 2 hours for air conditioning to work, denied even a partial refund! Will never stay book or recommend another Quality Inn!

Jacuzzi drain plug had small hole so the water slowly drained while in use. Also, the bathroom was extremely small to shower.

Pool was not opened even though there was no mention on the hotel web saying pool was closed. Sheets are stained. Toilet was stained with brown. Room was stinky. Futhermore, it didn't feel safe for us because it looks like there were many long term residents.

The roaches that were in the room definitely were not posted as part of available attractions. The amount I paid for this property was definitely not worth. There were roaches every where once the lights were turned off and when brought to staffs attention I was offered a $13 discount. Not only will I not stay here again I will not refer anyone to this business. The staffs lack of concern for a blatant roach infestation was appalling.

The only positive part of the trip was the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Paying a $25 early check in fee, the fact that it looked like it was low income project housing, I returned to my room at 8pm and had people hanging out on the 2nd floor walkways, in the parking lot very uncomfortable setting. I left and drove home I didn't even stay the night.

Several reasons I didn’t like the property. main three is the fact they have tenants living in the hotel who smokes near your door and being loud and rude, second they was gun fire across the parking lot near my room door and last but not least the bed sheets were dirty the shower was dirty and overall the place itself was dirty. they did not have what they shared on this app. it is not a friendly neighborhood and it’s definitely not a place for you too stay

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, asked for another room, none available, got one next day. Sheets dirty, room not smell of clean, musty, chair at desk broken arm, hairdryer broken, room not well kept ! No one at desk to check out early Saturday Morning.

Very little, no breakfast ! Traveled to this location regularly last several years and has gone rapidly downhill.Will be seeking lodging at another location.

Only 2 towels were provided for a 4 person reservation. The pillows were extremely small. several electrical outlets did not work. There were cigarette holes in the bedding. Cockroaches on the wall. The door did not close completely which is a safety concern. Graffiti IN the hotel room. Mildew/moldy shower curtain.

The location was good for what we needed. The staff was friendly.

The room was very dirty, toilet seat was broken. Bath tub was dirty with used bar soap from previous person who stayed there. Room was extremely noisy due to outside noise. The pillow cases were dirty as well. Room smelled like cigarettes. Want a full refund.

Everything. My room didn't look like it was turned over well by housekeeping. My pillow cases were yellowish, 1 of the bath towels had poop stains on them, only decaf coffee for the coffee pot and there was do much noise from garbage trucks and pick-up trucks in the middle of the night and the room was overall dirty. Honestly, thus place needs to be shut down and re-done from the inside out.

It was priced for my budget. And this is the only reason I chose this hotel.
