Small bathroom. Every time we shower there was a lot of water outside the shower area. Bathroom was clean, not sparkly clean, it could use some more love.

Renovated rooms, like better inside than outside. Conveniently located, 15-20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. Victor is great, very helpful, provides complete information and go out of his way to meet your needs.

Love the breakfast in the morning. 6am to 9am Enough time to joy after waking up. Great area and location for highway and to my main event,hard rock casino. Room was great, loved oh my God oh my god what did you get all of this from? Damn oh my God baby how big and spacious the room is.

There was no restaurant beside the hotel. The Luggage Cart had a wheel that was missing the rubber tread.

The hotel receptionist was not friendly or welcoming. The hotel is being renovated currently so some amenities were not available.

The fact that they were renovating and we weren’t pre warned, breakfast wasn’t available but they said something about a breakfast bag. We ordered a shuttle through the hotel and it didn’t turn up so we had to get a taxi there. The floor of our room was washed with something just before we got there and was very slippery, even in the morning and the TV didn’t work.

Not much, at least the bed was comfortable and shower hot.

The main office is closed for renovation. So, when i arrived at 11:30PM I had to stand outside a door with a little plastic flap to have a conversation with the desk attendant. I had to show my credit card that was used for the booking so they could see the number. Well, i use my apple card and for personal protection, which i love, the number is not on the card. So they couldn't verify it, i showed the number from my iphone wallet, still couldn't. So they had to cancel my booking, then i had to use another credit card that they could see the numbers on... I had already paid.. So that took an additional 30 mins. If it wasn't that time of night I would have left. I should have. I get to the room, it was a handicap room and the room smelled like a mint factory, what ever cleaning agent was used on the floor was never washed off with water, the floor was slippery and still had a film all over it. It was not possible to walk in the room without my shoes on or socks only. Impossible. Shower drain was under the sink. I called to see if they could change the room, of course not. First thing in the morning, loud construction noise that continued until i left for work. Second morning before checkout, same thing. For what i paid per night i could have stayed at a much better hotel for $20 more. I will not return.

It is an older hotel, but was fine. The beds are totally open underneath which could be an issue for a pet that wants to hide, but we had no problems this time!

We needed a pet friendly hotel for 1 night and found the Quality Inn & Suites to be reasonably priced with no extra fees for parking, cleaning, or any resort fees, etc. Most hotels closer to the beach ended up being much more expensive than initially advertised. This hotel was close to attractions and restaurants and was clean and comfortable enough for us and our senior cat who we couldn't leave home alone. Although it is an older hotel, we had no issues with curtains that don't cover the entire window and things we've run into at other places. The room was private, with mini-fridge and the breakfast was good too.

Price was way to high for the cleanness. Wasn't very clean. I would definitely say this isn't a 5 star or 4 star hotel. Only thing good is it's close to a beach. The staff is real friendly. The fridge wouldn't close all the way. Every time I stay there it's like that.
