Good location off the highway and quiet

Not attractive and the room smelled like cleaning solution.. the sink faucet leaked.. no shampoo.. no real breakfast.

There was light bulb out next to the bed. Made it difficult to do much on that side but since I was alone, I just switched to the other side to read. The shower control was not working correctly (in my opinion). Turned it all the way on and it stayed cold. Turning it on slightly made the water hot. Works exactly opposite from every other shower I've used and as I turned it further on it went cold, then hot again. The shower fixture may have been replaced which may not have been installed correctly; may not have matched the plumbing or was installed backwards but this is just a guess. If nothing else, the hot and cold line in should be swapped. It should start cold then increase in temperature as you turn the knob further.

The room was well equipped for the value. I liked the couch and footrest that doubled as a table. Worked well as either. A mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and TV are standard these days and this unit had them all. Also had an ironing board and iron which was a surprise and something I needed since I had a crease in my slacks and jacket (was there to attend a funeral).

Vending machines did not work. People in motel gave us a phone number that was not in service. No out of order signs on machines. 3rd day we did not get any housekeeping services. Had to go to office to get clean towels

Breakfast was not much. It was grab and go. The location was great. Only ten minutes from the people we were visiting

Too many younger people on this night. Someone was running up and down the balcony yelling and the next morning music blasting and still a bunch of yelling. I think they need to up the age limit on who can purchase a room when staying there.

The refrigerator could have been cleaner.The room had a slight smell'but went away after leaving the door open and the fan being on.

The aggravating drunk that kept knocking on my door. Who couldn't speak a word of English. Thanks to Mr. Andrew at the front desk. It was handle properly.

The room wasn’t clean, there was toenails clippings on the bathroom floor and near the sink..... the carpet wasn’t vacuum and hair was in the tub, on the sink, and on our bed!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel location is great!

Toilets didn’t flush properly

Having Booking.com and the property be on the same page, I was not expecting that extra charge.

Everything was great with one exception: I was informed by Booking.com that we would have a pet friendly room with no charge. However after arriving at the hotel I was told there would be a $25 charge for my dog.

Being in the house keeping field for YEARS and also being a supervisor in the past. It was very UNACCEPTABLE and had I been the supervisor someone would have a 3 day suspension because we are all grown and this business is the means to supporting our family. So when the property looks bad, the employees look bad also. It goes hand in hand. I have pictures of the dirty sheets that wasn’t changed and the smeared bathroom mirror that wasn’t clean. The tub and floor was not clean, barely any tissue and the Kleenex box had two pieces of tissue in it which was pulled out a little bit to appear full, right along with the smelly sheets so that let’s me know they didn’t change the bed AT ALL only remade it. But I made sure to strip both beds down including the mattress pad.

I loved the locations and how the restaurants are not far from it.

Food was the worst. Biscuits still frozen and sausage gravy was ice cold in crock pot. Microwave didn't work to warm anything. Horrible!

The breakfast wasn't what I expected.Theg didn't serve bacon or sausage, no eggs. Just cereal, dry biscuits and not sure if that was oatmeal or gravy....totally not happy about the breakfast menu

It was dirty, room had bedbugs. They have a sign about locals to deter certain activities, saw a drug deal on the property. Check in staff not real welcoming.

Room needs some updates. Bathroom realy needs updated. And the room was clean but could have been better. The ac unit needs updated kept room cool but not cold.
