The floor of our room had long black hairs all over and the bed was so old and creaky I could barely walk the next day. It smelled like weed everywhere when I arrived with my teen. Paid for parking and another $39.00 randomly came out of my account after checkout even though we didn't even use the shower, just slept and left. Breakfast was old fruit and dry bread. We threw it away. Gross.

Yelling from rooms. People screaming and running up hallways. Heavy smell of urine on 2nd floor near elevator. No washcloths. Police were called for potential child abuse in hotel by occupants. Smell of dope permeated the vent systems. Didn't feel safe and that's not okay at any property you pay for. Hire security please!

The room was large and clean. The floors were laminate and not carpet which we loved. No bedbugs. Good, fresh breakfast.

Got charged another $50 deposit after already paying for the room then only getting $40 of it back with no explanation why as we had done no damage to the room. We basically just showered, watched a bit of tv, slept and left by 8am after breakfast.

Seeing a prostitute with her rear end hanging out during breakfast with my family. She was super nice though. Surprise parking fees. Surprise sales tax fees. Noticing cameras everywhere, makes me think that something happened on this property at one time. Ceiling tiles clinging for life, dirty hallways and stairwells. During the entire stay another guest down the hallway had their TV on loud enough for direct neighbors to go crazy, thanked god we were a few more doors away.

The receptionist who assisted us when checked in on Aug. 25th around 7 PM, she was unprofessional and incompetent. She charged me right away with the card I used to secured my booking online then she charged me for another 50.00$ for deposits without letting me know upon checked in. I asked her also about the closest park and lake in the hotel but she knows nothing. Overall stay was fine but not the greatest. Facilities are old and dated. Thank you for the nice stay.

There was a foul smell in all of the carpeted areas in the corridors. You had to take the one elevator, and it was frequently busy. The stairs were haphazard as they were very dark and very difficult to find. Normally stairs are an option to take and they are easy to find. The breakfast did not really have any healthy options; it was primarily very processed foods. I do appreciate the idea of having breakfast.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Great location walking just twenty minutes to IKEA and just a few minutes to Walmart.

Bathroom needs towel racks& hooks to put clothing. Also, bathtubs are a bit slippery, it would be nice to have a bath mat, or handle in the tub for stability. Otherwise, nice room!

I could not find anyone at the desk in the morning to ask a question about the pool. A person was standing there and he said he had been there awhile. Curtains in rooms were ripped. I rented 2 rooms and in both rooms it was the same. The pooll closed at 10 pm. Breakfast said it was open from 6 am to 10 am. It wasn't ready until 630am. I had to bring my daughter to the airport, so she had to rush to get a bite in. I came back to get the rest of my group and wanted some juice at 920a.m., and the dispensers were shut down. My room keys were deactivated at 9 a.m., even though check out was not until 11 am.

It was clean. When checking in the front desk Lady was friendly and helpful.
