The spacing inside the room was tight. The sink was stopped up. I would have liked hand lotion furnished in room. The bedspread moved around too much and didn't stay in place very well. The noise level of people around us first night was unacceptable and called front desk about being disturbed and that we were paying for being able to sleep there. The desk did not control this adequately. Vagrants not staying at the hotel kept being in the perimeter area which made you feel that it wasn't safe. The place seemed clean enough and bug free. It was hard d to darken room enough so that outside lights shown into room. Curtains rods should be rounded in ends to keep this from happening.

I wanted bacon and eggs furnished and fruit and grits and oatmeal. Need food items that don't have added sugar or preservatives. You can die from thirst at your hotel. I do not want to pay for water. It should always be free and accessible all day and not just at breakfast.

The connecting door to the other room. And the cleaning guy stuck his face against the window to see if we were in our rooms when we were about to begin changing our clothes which was highly inappropriate if you know the guest have possibly not left considering it was well before our check out time.

The location was the reason we chose it for a fair price.

There were quite a few guests who I couldn't tell if they were long term guests or just stopping through, but a lot of them hung around outside their hotel rooms which made it feel a bit unsafe.

The location being right off the highway was nice and easily accessible.

The room was musty when we arrived. Noticed small fly’s in the morning and som baby spiders as well.

Was not told the time breakfast was served. Therefore, we missed it. The coffee was good.

The hotel is old, so don't expect anything else. The bathroom shower is clearly from the 70's - it's vintage to say the least! Doors are on the exterior of the hotel if that matters to you. If the room is cheap and you just don't care, this should do for an overnight stay.

We were in town for a graduation, and rooms were scarce. Got a room here for a very reasonable price while all hotels were gouging for demand. The hotel is old, and the rooms are old - but clean. A/C was the in-the-window variety and blew cold, scent free air. The rooms are big and come with a comfy chair and ottoman which is nice. There's a pool which we didn't test out.

The room was very crowded with furniture. There was the bed and a pull out sofa along with the desk, coffee table, end tables and wardrobe closet. There was very little room to move and it would have been impossible to pull out the sofa, because it would have blocked the door. likewise to move the coffee table so that you could actually sit on the sofa would have blocked the door. The bed was very soft so if you needed a supportive mattress, this would have been very bad for you, I had a slight backache in the morning.

The room was clean and the woman that checked us in was pleasant and friendly. The hotel is older and needs updating but with a low price, expectations are not high. It's OK for an overnight but not much more.

Both rooms that I rented were not very clean, my children found a squashed m&m in their bed the 1st night. I found a hair and one of the cups in the room. The conjoined room door had been kicked in. Overall a deep clean, some caulking and paint would do a lot of good.. Upon 1st arrival the staff tried to charge me $30 more than I was originally booked for.. Trying to get another towel or anything else was like pulling teeth. There was a large presence of homeless people walking around..

The beds were soft and they have conjoined rooms..

Lighting in the room was poor and provided by several mismatched lights, all were functional but in need of maintenance or repair. Sound insulation was poor, both from room to room and from parking lot to room. This is because of the age of the structure and cannot be easily fixed, but still. The room layout was cramped, partly because of how much furniture was in the room.

Great location convenient for our schedule in Knoxville. Cannot say how much we appreciated daily room service. A great work desk was in the room, along with a decent microwave and minifridge.
