I didn't like the tiny pillows. They were so small that I would need 3 or 4 to sleep comfortably.I also didn't like that everything was unplugged and the air conditioner was turned off. It took awhile for the room to cool down.

I liked that I got what I paid for. Just a straight forward, easy transaction. The stay was worth the money paid.

Definitely tell that they are patching things here and there. The doors shut and open hard and there was a huge gap under the door. They used to offer breakfast and the website said they had breakfast and found out on arrival they did not. Also, I left for airport early Monday morning and I had to leave room keys in my room, no drop box for keys when you check out.

It was close to the University of Arizona campus that my son graduated from.

Washrooms need to be updated - kind of old and grungy. Birds were nesting in the troughs near my room. Although I had a no smoking room, other patron smoking everywhere. Smelled like marijuana around my room all evening. Needs updating and something to be done about separating smokers/drug users from those requesting not.

Overall property is decent. Ample parking and good location.

The towels could be bigger and fluffier, and I had to get my own rubber bathtub mat due to being 85 and not wanting to fall in the shower!

The pet policy is good for pet owners but not for the guests who don’t have pets. Due to the pet’s needs, you will have to tolerate animals barking and growling at all hours even when they are in their owners rooms.

Despite the obvious age of the property, it is well maintained. The staff was pleasant and respectful.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, the bed covers had stings. It seems whoever “cleaned” the room tried to hide it with an excessive amount of air conditioner

Front desk attendant seemed annoyed and unfriendly. Entire property looks outdated and in need of some upkeep. Room was very basic with old furniture and a stale smell in the air. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy.

Primarily just needed a bed and a shower for one short night. That is what I got for a decent price.

Lots of homeless roaming around the area. Tuscon Police chased a driver to the parking lot when I arrived. Had about 8 cop cars blocking the parking lot. Also, the heater unit in my room didn't work. Cold nights stay this time.

Not breakfast, we probably could pay a couple of $ more but at least get coffee, juice fruit and waffles maybe bread and butter so we just grab something and keep going. (Coffee was free) But it will be great if they add some other snacks.

The fact that I could smell the Clorox I knew the sheets and towels were clean. Beds were comfy the only bad thing were the pillows, they probably need to upgrade for new ones or bigger ones, There were too small. Bathroom was really Clean as well. Also Parking lot was full.
