Very dirty place to stay, carpets in halls where dirty. One Elevator didnt work.. I asked for toilet paper for my room an they had one roll left in their stock.. online said there was breakfast, but was told by staff that there was never breakfast severed there..

The pool and gym are permanently closed,no ice buckets , no towels when I asked for them at front desk . Theres a lot of shady activity from guests . You can only come in and out the front door . People were fighting in the hallway at 12 o’clock at night for like 30 minutes .I called the front desk to send security up and they obliged .

The room I was in 312 was really nice and clean but the carpet in the hallway looks and smell like by have never been cleaned . The rates are very good or a week stay

Give the wrong type of room, even after confirming at check in. Very dirty halls, floors in room, Broken front door, covered in plastic sheeting. Trash piled onto vending machines. No phone in room to call desk. If I’d been alone, I would not have felt safe.

Was not clean. There was a soap wrapper in the bathroom floor when we went into the room. Spider webs in the corners of the room and the carpet was not vacuumed well. The TV also did not work in our room. We had to ask to switch to another room because we were told that there was no staff available to fix the one in the room because no one had shown up for work. It took 2 more rooms to find one that a TV worked in. This room was cleaner however the toilet was severely crooked. There was trash through the hotel, hallway, lobby, elevator.. everywhere.

Location was good. The staff member at the desk at night was very helpful and friendly.

From the questionable, working elevator, to the very uncomfortable beds, to the laughable excuse of a breakfast, "disappointing" about sums our brief stay at this location up. I imagine the pool would have been closed even if it hadn't been October based on the everything else.

The staff was friendly enough, AMC's Fear Fest was playing on cable TV, & the Wendy's across the highway had excellent service & decent fries. The parking was plentiful and the grounds seemed to be kept clean.

Room was nothing like the pictures show. Our room was very outdated, furniture badly scratched or broken. Beds were very uncomfortable and bowed in the middle. Towel racks in the bathroom were rusted and the toilet paper holder was missing. The walls and ceiling in the bathroom are badly repaired and the tub faucet leaked. It was good enough to sleep at, barely, but will not book with this hotel again.

Location was good for what we were in town for, staff was friendly.

Upgrade dining area. Replace carpets in the hallways they wear and out date. Remind of the movie The Shining. In the room lack comfort and inviting. No couch or lounging chair. The rocking chair was not comfortable to set in. The elevators the buttons didn't work. The vending machines were half empty. Not very much to choose from. Basically it was really ghetto and I didn't feel comfortable staying. my room had to be discounted do to my original room got trash by the previous persons and I had to wait for a room to become available. Not very happy with my stay

There was not a big selection to choose from and the dining area need an upgrade.

The entire building was under renovation which wasn't posted at any point prior to my arrival at the physical building. While I was placed in a "newly renovated" room, the bathroom floor and bathtub were still filthy, there was seepage from the paint on the walls, and there was sparse, cheap furniture. The elevator was missing buttons and groaned like a dying hippo, as well as being incredibly slow, additionally, the continental breakfast was utterly pathetic on my first day, and on the second it wasn't there at all. The Hotel Hallways were also absolutely filthy.

The Location was Fine and the Staff were pleasant enough.

Our room was canceled before we could check-in. My friend used one credit card to hold the room. She was going to use a different credit card when we checked in. The establishment ran the card that morning before we checked in and that card was declined therefore canceling the room and we was told the hotel was completely booked and norooms were available. So I went on booking.com and found a room at the same hotel that was apparently booked for the weekend. Paid for the room and came back an hour later and checked into our room. The hotel is in desperate need of a "complete renovation"

Front desk very unprofessional taking weave out of her hair while at work not offering easy accommodation for me I had a lot of pain she purposely put me on a floor where the elevator didn’t go and didn’t tell me so I’m on the elevator going up and down cause it didn’t work I saw a child who told me that it didn’t go to the third floor really the front desk should have notified me of this issue asking for a hundred dollars deposit wow sad will never stay here again and will tell my friends that it’s not worth it

Our first room was dirty and was not cleaned ( that had been rectified). The new room we were assigned the AC fan was broken and was making such a loud clicking noise no one could sleep. The bed side lights and electrical outlets did not work. The curtains do not cover the whole window so street lights shine in your eyes. The toilet only flushed half the time, the TV remote was broken, the bathtub was dirty. The elevator looks and sounds like it’s on its last legs and often took you to the wrong floor.

The man at the front desk at check in was very friendly and helpful. Our first room we were assigned was not cleaned. He was very apologetic and quick to fix the problem and upgraded our room for the night. That staff member is the only reason it got bumped to a 2 rating instead of 0.

The room I reserved a room month ago why is it ready? They didn’t know what they had ready so I guess a manager had to walk us around to find a room that was ready. The first floor we went on he said had a long-term residence and it stunk.

The location was horrible. It was in the horrible part of town. The breakfast in the pictures was nonexistent, they had stale cereal, instant grits, and maybe six pieces of bread to make toast. The orange juice machine was broken along with every ice machine in the motel. No kidding.
