We really didn’t have anything that we really didn’t like. I would say that the elevators are small and was a challenge with the carts at times due to the size of the elevator and one of them made noise, but we we giggled every time we got on it, wondering if we were gonna get stuck in it but we didn’t Air conditioning in the hallways is minimal but again we didn’t spend our trip hanging out in the hallways or the elevators or anywhere else that might have still been in need of some renovating

The location and view were amazing.. we stayed in room 618 which had a king bed and a pool ocean view and my opinion it’s the best room in the entire hotel due to the view of the pool, the full on view of the beach and the comfort of the room itself the room was clean housekeeping stopped by every day to check to make sure we had enough towels and toiletries. The breakfast adequate does not have protein, but I don’t really care about that check was easy enough and able to park in front of the building to unload on a cart I had booked three rooms due to the number of people in our party, and all of them shared the same view of the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff the overall facility we love that there was a bar restaurant and ice cream shop located at the pool area, and the food was amazing. Parking was convenient. We know ahead of time that it was $10 a night which in my opinion is cheap considering I’ve paid 25 at night at other places.

Old buildings, elevator was scary, I was on the 5th floor and couldn’t sleep with the door open to hear the ocean because there was a cockroach on the patio.

I had a do not disturb sign on my door and a male staff tried to get in twice and said it was housekeeping. Thankfully I had the latch closed. I reported it and their response was he’s new.

refrigerator didn't work, no trash can in room, breakfast, not enough equipment ,had to wait only 1 gridle, Doors were locked except maim an to pool only doors weren't lock. for the money it is the worst place on VA. beach I ever stayed at. Parking wasn't free as advertised. had to walk to parking garage and was confusing where you could park with out being towed. Also 1 elevator was in bad shape. Over all the building is in bad shape, flooding in our hallway.

The balcony was terrible bird poop everywhere. Hotel looks like they started to upgrade and stopped. Ice area on 6th floor looks terrible.

Uneven floors. The shoddy workmanship of renovations. The filthy carpet in the hallways. Toilet seat was broken on one side. Toilet roll holder was missing. $10 per night parking fee (although disclosed online) and the $5 per day resort fee not previously disclosed.

I didn’t like all the little extra fees, and the fact you couldn’t take your own drinks out to the pool area, and that you couldn’t at least a parking pass when you got there early because pulling in there was terrible and and you either got blocked in or had to back out into traffic and we knew there were parking spaces and they need more carts

The motel had a sloppy/dirty first appearance in the lobby, hallway and throughout the hotel. The room, however, was very clean and that more important. A little work on cleaning throughout the hotel would be nice- but will return to hotel if needed as long as room rates remain competitive. The coffee maker in the lobby did not work, and noone seemed to be in any hurry to fix.

Room was large, roomy and clean. The pool area was great.

The room location was bad due to the elevator malfunction and kept us up all night every time it went up and down. But perks of having a pool and a food/drinks bar Plus ice cream but when employees tattooing them selves or closing early. Its was a good affordable spot breakfast was the best .

I asked the front desk for new towels three times in a day, which they told me house keeping would bring. Housekeeping never brought the towels because they were kept behind the front desk. After asking fourth time I was finally given the towels. There were four of us and only six pillows, I asked multiple times for two more pillows and was told they’d check and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. On our final night the fire alarm went off, we used the stairwell to exit the building and THE DOOR KNOB to the lobby CAME OFF into my hand because it was broken and just put back on for looks. Thankfully there was a fire exit behind us, but if it were a real emergency situation it could’ve ended badly for me and my family. As we renters the building a live cockroach got trampled in the lobby and was left there till morning. Very gross, unprofessional, and unsafe establishment; if you like the feeling of being on your own and having to fend for yourself then this is the hotel for you.

The hotel was dirty. The pictures on their web sight are completely fake! Same building but filthy and outdated. The pool is not owned by the hotel and you couldn't even have a water bottle of your own there because they wanted you to buy drinks from the bar. Also the pool is open to the public so it was always packed. I was charged a 20 dollar parking fee which is not disclosed on the web sight, and if you try to check in early you will be charged 50 dollars.

There were many issues I. The room as if furniture was missing we had banquet chairs which seemed out of line place and didn’t belong, one lamp didn’t work, the curtain rods were falling and there were cracks in the ceiling as if it leaked once.

The beds were comfortable, and being close to the beach was great.
