Parking is a bit annoying. Coming back late in the evening and found the only space available was underground, and it is a tight fit.

I've stayed here several times now and will continue to make it my first choice in Ft. Lauderdale. Rooms are exceptional! Very comfortable king size bed. Refrigerator and safe in every room. Beach towels and chairs are available in the office. By the way the beach is directly across from the hotel. The second floor deck facing the beach is perfect to watch the sunrise. Breakfast buffet. Adjacent hotels are good for evening dinner and entertainment. Walking or jogging the sidewalk along the beach wall with no worries of cross traffic. Staff is outstanding. Highly recommend

My room was so so so nice and clean!! Also the front desk people were exceptional when I arrived and also were always eager to help with whatever I needed. Big shout out to Steve! Breakfast was complimentary and great as well! Located right on the beach and there was plenty of restaurants around. Although, the bartender at Premiere was awesome and very welcoming. They gave complimentary chairs and umbrellas too. Fantastic place.

The place has an awesome location, the first building is ocean front, the second building has partial ocean view, although the beach is just across the street. The place is extremely clean even though is a pet friendly hotel. The room I stayed at had two spacious and comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen (cutlery sets, dinnerware, coffee pot with coffee, toaster, pots, cutting board, bottle/can opener, microwave, dish drainer, stove/oven), bathroom with plenty of towels, toilet paper, shower gel/conditioner/shampoo/hand soap/hair dryer, closet with hangers/ironing board/safe, tv, radio/clock, two nightstands, a dresser, clean fridge, dinner table with four chairs, and two big chairs that can be placed together as a couch. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with great variety of choices ranging from croissant/bagels/sliced bread, fresh fruits, omelet, sausage, bacon, hash brown, ham and cheese, tea, coffee, milk, juices, cereals, butter, jelly, for you to take to the room or to have at the spacious sitting area on the outside bar. There is FREE water bottles at the desk. The property provides with one beach/pool towel per guest and beach chair and umbrella. The restaurant/bar works from 9 AM to 11 pm with a well rounded menu with no too expensive prices, room service available as well. There is no charge for pets which makes a great difference to the ones not leaving our pets behind, and there is no fee for parking (another huge advantage). There are two parking lots plus the spaces around the hotel. There are two pools, one on each building (elevator accessible). Housekeeping runs all day every day. The staff is great. The place is definitely a must visit if you are looking for a cozy, comfortable, relaxed, on a budget stay. Highly recommendable.

There's nothing really to not like about this property. Is it old yes but it's clean some people complain about the breakfast. It's a basic breakfast with everything you need

The bathroom needs to be upgraded.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Steve was very nice & explained the layout of the hotel to include explaining the breakfast and dinner schedule if the on-site restaurant. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was outstanding!

The wifi was not good enough to make work calls or so. Good enough to browse the internet tho. It could be a bit better. I also missunderstood where I can park and got a parking ticket but that was my fault. Otherwise, no negatives

Everything was perfect! Great people at the reception. Nice facilities and the location cannot be better. They give you beach chairs and umbrellas if you need. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.

Hard to think of anything to complain about. One of the two pools weren't heated. Just went to the other instead. No big deal.

Loved the room! Very comfortable with a kitchen. Convenient bar and restaurant on the property. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offered to guest.

We came in on a red eye flight and once at the hotel we were told we could check in at 11:30. Once that time came we were told another 30 minutes. We continued to check back every 30 minutes and our room didn’t end up getting ready until 3pm. If I was told 3pm from the start it wouldn’t have been an issue but felt like we weren’t taken seriously. We also called months ahead and confirmed a beach front room only to find out when we got there that it didn’t reflect in their system and they were sold out.

Location was great by the beach. Lots of places to eat close by. Free breakfast was a nice added touch. They give you chairs and umbrellas for the beach which is nice.

They have a bird problem and alot of birds are nesting on one of the walls of the property. When you eat breakfast in their outdoor patio there are birds everywhere trying to get food. Also at the salt water pool you can see bird droppings on alot of the chairs. If they were able to get rid of their bird problem I would give them a 10

The location was great its right across the street from the beach and has 2 pools. Some of the most comfiest beds I have ever slept on.
