Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe best place !! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The manager, Abby, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and hospitable, making our experience even better. We will definitely visit again! The pool was very clean, and the promenade and beach were just a short walk away. Parking was available in a secure lot at a reasonable price. The property was very nice and cleaned, they made sure you had everything you needed in the room and if you didn’t they would kindly get it for you. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here.

United StatesThey did charge extra for pets which was disappointing but not surprising. However, they charged for parking which did surprise me, and of course, who likes that - But, at least the parking was no hassle as they have a decent parking lot.
I'm giving a pretty high rating because personally, I like this kind of place. Its older with solid walls - 2 story horse shoe shaped building with a clean pleasant pool in the center. Everything in the room worked well. Staff are nice people. Most important to me and so very much appreciated is this hotel allows pets - They even like them! So, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay with my dog :)

The bed slept very comfortable and management and staff were great and accommodating all my needs while staying. The location was perfect right by the beach and boardwalk . They also had a nice swimming pool. Very affordable and I will stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pousada Suites and I highly recommend it. The location was fantastic, being right next to the beach, which made it very convenient for enjoying the sun and sand. The pool was also a great addition, providing a refreshing retreat on hot days. The management of Pousada Suites was excellent, providing top-notch service and ensuring that all guests had a wonderful experience. Nothing the stay was horrible people were fighting in the parking lot my living room power kept triggering off when the ac unit came on, the living room blinds didn't go down. I had to worry if they were going to kick me out after I booked the room for two nights the employee did have change for me when I got there so I had to want until I left to get my money back the employee tried to get more money out of me in order to stay to the end of my reservation.
