Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe breakfast bar left a lot to be desired. Not enough food for all the guests. Not much variety either. Also, we had a faulty smoke alarm detector in our room. We asked the maintenance associates twice to fix it but it was still sounding off as we were checking out of the hotel.
The hotel was very clean but there was a weird smell in the hallway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

United StatesPrice was to much. Rate changed daily. Someone left door mat in door so it wouldn't close,because their card did not work. Couldn't they use front door? I was concerned about Security . We are notfrim this area. Stopped due to being in an accident. Hot & Cold water was reversed and had to run for awhile when wanting hot water. A waste of water! I was not happy with room & price. Could use a partial refund for our being incovienced. I will not stay at another Wyndham unless I am compensated for my inconvenience.
The staff was Great. Jim was helpful Cleaning lady was excellent she was very friendly. I am sorry I didn't get her name. They both deservea raise. They were so helpful!

CanadaThere is a nightclub playing music until 3am on the weekend adjacent to this hotel in a plaza to the rear. We could hear the music and our sleep was disturbed. No coffee maker in the room.
