the room was a little musty. would have liked to have more organizational opportunities for our family, felt like we were living out of a suitcase from the floor.

Loved everything about it, the facilities, the water activities, the convenience of being by the beach and also the security escort if you are late.

The only thing that we didn't like was. We wish we could have stayed longer, but there were now complaints on the facility itself or any of that.They even go as far as to give you a security escort.When you come late, so it's a very, very helpful facility

We like the facilities. I enjoyed the lazy river and the indoor pool. The kids loved that my parents loved the convenience of everything being close by. And we also loved that there was a beach on the resort, so it was a beautiful trip

First room had some minor issues but they switched us right away and the next room far exceeded our expectations it was so clean and nice.

The room needed to be dusted. People should be able to choose if they want a room that’s conjoined to another. We could see the light underneath door from the person staying next door. They were very loud and had a baby that kept us up most the night(we’ve kids so we know how that goes) but it would’ve just been nice to know before hand that we were going to be staying in a connected suite. The doors that connected the rooms had gaps and the noise/lights were just a huge damper on our stay.

I loved how close it was to everything and all the resort amenities that it had! The room was really nice. The staff were delightful.

The only things that we didn't like was the hint of mildew smell. It wasn't really bad but was noticeable.!! Also the ceiling fan was squeaky.

The pools and hot tubs were great. Our Villa was very comfortable and cozy, but had a slight smell of mildew. AC unit worked great. The kitchenette was just perfect. Next time we will bring a latger pan and more food to prepare. The coffee was even good. Plenty of dishes for 3 adults and even a cork screw! The washer and dryer was definitely a surprise that I was grateful for. The towels and linen were soft and very clean. The check in process was great ask for Chantelle, she was very kind and full of information.

In the villa bathrooms only have a single switch for the fan & light normally I wouldn't have cared, but the noise of the fan was ridiculously loud. I woke my wife up anytime I used the restroom

We were only here for two nights with our kids playing in a softball tournament, so we were not in or around the facilities much at all, but I really cant think of anything we didn't like. We had a really good experience here.

The facilities were very nice and clean. The staff at the check in office were very friendly and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. We will book again.

Besides getting lost 3 times trying to find the G.P.R. .The directions that were sent to me by email, kept trying to make us go to S.M.B.R.we should of been there about 815 an didnt get there till 10 pm. I hope u guys can fix the direction. Hoping it doesnt happen to other resort guest. Other then . It's was very nice trip

Place was great 😁⛱️. I love that we were 1 building away for my grandchildren ,son n daughter in law. The pools an hot tubs were so nice. Even tho signs were posted about kids under 5 r not aloud in the hot tub. Also I would never complain There was a stain on one of the sheets, so we just washed . For next year, where is the breakfast so we know next u 😏 😀?
