We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

They moved furniture through out the night and walked back and forth very hard across the floor. Didn't have room cleaned for 4 days. But found out by a flyer on the front desk that you only get cleaning service if you ask. That should be explained when customers check in. So customers know what to expect.

United States of AmericaRefrigerator didn't work well.my daughter's cake melted and pop never got cold over nite. Mold and mildew throughout facility. Carpet was nasty. And it smelled like something died in our room 201. Definitely not worth 180 for 1night. Motel 6 is probably cleaner.. was told by front desk wen I said something about the mold and mildew that the machine doesn't work. But the ice machine that did work there was black stuff coming out with the ice.

United States of AmericaThere was Mold in the bathroom shower area. None of the drains drained properly. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet. There were stains on the sheets as well. The place smelled of smoke and the room was definitely out dated. If I could give negative starts it would be the winner.
