I liked how quiet it was but still very close to the strip. The employees were wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The laguna pool was relaxing and the drinks poolside were stellar

I did not expect that the hotel had me stay in an owner owned unit. That meant there was no house keeping, and that the room had many obvious defects like multiple dead lights, jacuzzi shower handle leaking from the hose, and malfunctioning laundry dryer. Hotel did helped fix the dryer, and was offering me to re accommodate to another unit when I chose to stay and gave me $50 food voucher.

The price and value of this place. This is my third time renting this place and I was surprise to get access to the balcony.

It was a little further from the strip than I imagined, but this was made up for with facilities and price.

The suite was a good layout for a family - the lunge room could be closed off from bedroom with pocket doors. Loved that the kids didn’t have to go through a casino to get to the room.

We were there for our 21st ANNIVERSARY. We actually stayed at the palms on our honeymoon. My husband tried to get something special set up in our room before we arrived and everyone he spoke with basically just passed him along and nothing was done. He was willing to pay extra for the service . He even tried to have a vendor do it, they wouldn't let her in the room. ROOM. We were staying for 4 days and they only left 2 wash clothes. We assumed they would bring more in the morning. They did not. We had to ask multiple times. No one ever came to refresh our room. No one told us there were 2 free buffets attached to our room. We paid for it 2 times before another guest told us. So we wastes $150. Lastly, we arrived during the hacking issue that delayed and canceled thousands of flight. On out last day , our flight was changed from 10am to 11pm. We decide to just stay on the property. We wanted to just hang out at the pool. But we wouldn't have anywhere to shower and change. We asked the front desk for help (ie we could change in an empty room or use the spa). They wanted us to pay $100 JUST TO SHOWER at the spa. Meanwhile another couple said they were in the same situation and the front desk GAVE THEM $100 spa credit to help them. We ended up meeting a couple at the pool who let us shower in there room. Our overall stay was nice, but if these issues had been resolved it could have been great. 21 year anniversary is a big deal . We chose to stay at the palms because we wanted it to feel special.

I love the palms place . The pool at the palms is excellent, definitely needs more options for shade for ppl who don't want to pay $100. I love the buffet.

There were no pots, not plates, no silverware, not water bottles, not even napkins. For the room that I got with a kitchen. For having a kitchen and not having any plates to used was just ridiculous.

The tube was a distance to the casino. Plus, one of the moving walking "escalator" was out of order. I missed out seeing the main pool, because check-in was at 3pm. The main pool closes at 5 pm. Mabel's ribs were as good as always, but you had to purchase any sides for extra.

The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. There was a sink, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom had a sunken tub, and the shower (with it's two headed shower head) was great!

I didn't like the fact that while I had a 1bd 2ba suite, surprisingly there was no tub in the entire space which seemed a bit odd and left a bit to be desired. Also, the location of this hotel is off the strip in a part of town that isn't the cleanest, so there's that.

My room was incredible! I had a 1bd 2ba suite in the Palms Resort tower, and it was absolutely lovely. The room was very spacious and had views of the city which were spectacular at night. The room was very cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved how spacious the suite was with two bathrooms so that guests didn't have to use the restroom in the main bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and temperature control was perfect. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I don't like all the questions I had were directed to Booking. The hold time was ridiculous!!!

The room I booked was not the one I got. I let management know. I had to stay in the room they gave me the first night. The next day I was switched to the room I reserved which was lovely...except no one ever came to clean our room. I let management know again. I was compensated for the over look of not cleaning my room. The view was amazing!!
