Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesGreat kitchen but no utensils. Bummer when we tried to eat. Transparent wall between living/sleeping area and bathroom tub. Weird as I'm a mom who was traveling with adult kids.

AustraliaUnfortunately our room had an awful odour to it. We also had issues with plumbing and being woken in the middle of the night to a gurgling toilet. No compensation offered. Had to report issues again the next day and received no follow up communication from the Hotel. The resort fees make the total accommodation costs quite high (especially given it's off the strip). The pool was closed the first day we were there and the hours when opened were 10am-5pm. We would generally swim before or after those times as we're out exploring throughout the day.
The Palms Place Hotel & Spa is a good distance from the Palms Casino (away from noise & smoke) but still easily accessible. Nice view from our room Was quiet Easy access to transport into The Strip Some great restaurants close by

United StatesThe shower tile floor was dirty. We purchased cleaning materials to clean the shower. The AYCE brunch buffet was a but expensive. Laguna should open earlier. There should be vans to and fron the strip and to and from the airport. I won't come back because we spent too much on lyft/uber/taxis. The hotel is not walkable to and from the strip. I will pay more for a closer hotel on my next visit.

United StatesOnly issue was that the casino area played only music for the young crowd (hip-hop, pop) and a bit too loud. A little classic rock or even western would be nice for a change of pace. It never changed day or night and my wife and I were there for five days. Some of the machines needed cleaning, cigarettes ash, abandoned glass and beer bottles.
Our first assigned room, the refrigerator was not working. Informed the front desk and we were immediately assigned to another similar room. Great response to our issue! Room was very comfortable and clean. Limited free channels but that was ok. Beds were very comfortable. There were NO bathrobes as described in the room amenities. But that also was ok since we don't use them. Just a heads up in case you want to take one home as a souvenir. The bar by the pool, and the pool itself was very good. Security personnel made us feel very secure and were very friendly! Evenings can bring some low-lifes into the casino area. I saw a couple of undesirables kindly escorted out. Parking is no problem. Plenty of parking spaces outside of the Palms. You have to drive to see the other major casinos and stores so take your patience with you as there is a lot of street constructions going on and the lanes are not always clearly marked. Definitely will be staying here again on my next visit to Vegas.

United StatesThe ice maker and the tv in the bedroom were both broken. However, a very kind bellhop brought us ice which was a life saver! The main pool at Palms was very slippery around it, felt kind of dangerous.
I really liked the palms place pool! My room had the most gorgeous view of the strip, you could see from Mandalay Bay all the way to The Strat, and you could even see Fremont in the distance. The one bedroom suite is very spacious and sleek. I was so happy to stay. The casino is also very nice. The walk from Palms Place to the casino doesn’t even take 5 minutes, and I’m a large guy. I believe that people that complain about that walk maybe haven’t been to Vegas before. It has taken me longer to get from the casino to my room at MGM and Bellagio.

United StatesThere were just small things like water had air in the pipes. An updated music device would have been nice. Walking outside was a little dicey eg to meet our taxi/rideshare
I liked how quiet it was but still very close to the strip. The employees were wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The laguna pool was relaxing and the drinks poolside were stellar

CanadaI did not expect that the hotel had me stay in an owner owned unit. That meant there was no house keeping, and that the room had many obvious defects like multiple dead lights, jacuzzi shower handle leaking from the hose, and malfunctioning laundry dryer. Hotel did helped fix the dryer, and was offering me to re accommodate to another unit when I chose to stay and gave me $50 food voucher.
The price and value of this place. This is my third time renting this place and I was surprise to get access to the balcony.

AustraliaIt was a little further from the strip than I imagined, but this was made up for with facilities and price.
The suite was a good layout for a family - the lunge room could be closed off from bedroom with pocket doors. Loved that the kids didn’t have to go through a casino to get to the room.

United StatesWe were there for our 21st ANNIVERSARY. We actually stayed at the palms on our honeymoon. My husband tried to get something special set up in our room before we arrived and everyone he spoke with basically just passed him along and nothing was done. He was willing to pay extra for the service . He even tried to have a vendor do it, they wouldn't let her in the room. ROOM. We were staying for 4 days and they only left 2 wash clothes. We assumed they would bring more in the morning. They did not. We had to ask multiple times. No one ever came to refresh our room. No one told us there were 2 free buffets attached to our room. We paid for it 2 times before another guest told us. So we wastes $150. Lastly, we arrived during the hacking issue that delayed and canceled thousands of flight. On out last day , our flight was changed from 10am to 11pm. We decide to just stay on the property. We wanted to just hang out at the pool. But we wouldn't have anywhere to shower and change. We asked the front desk for help (ie we could change in an empty room or use the spa). They wanted us to pay $100 JUST TO SHOWER at the spa. Meanwhile another couple said they were in the same situation and the front desk GAVE THEM $100 spa credit to help them. We ended up meeting a couple at the pool who let us shower in there room. Our overall stay was nice, but if these issues had been resolved it could have been great. 21 year anniversary is a big deal . We chose to stay at the palms because we wanted it to feel special.
I love the palms place . The pool at the palms is excellent, definitely needs more options for shade for ppl who don't want to pay $100. I love the buffet.
