Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWe didn’t get the room we’d booked for. We had booked a room with two single beds and landed in a room that had no view or window to get the single beds. The beds however were very comfortable. Very limited kitchen facilities. Not even a kettle, we boiled water on stove.

New ZealandVery run down and dirty. AC was so loud, coupled with noise of people stopping to have conversations from outside our window downstairs. It seems like they were in the room. I dont think they've ever swept behind the TV cabinet when I had to retrieve my phone e that fell behind there.

Great location within easy walking distance of beaches, cafes and shops. Hotel was aged and basic but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Just what we were looking for.

United StatesThe room was extremely dirty and in bad condition. There was hair from some shaving and garbage on the floor in the bathroom. And hair inside the fridge. It was extremely loud you could hear everyone in the pool are and outside our room talking due to the screens and shutters. And you could hear men from the bathroom and kitchen area too! Also having to pay for parking $40 is extreme. I’ve never paid to park at a hotel before. And there was no beach access

AustraliaThe staff were consistently unfriendly. They made no eye contact when I walked pass. They didn’t say hello every time I went to the counter. The customer service was extremely poor. The mid week clean didn’t happen, just a change of sheets. I had to ask for cutlery and the kitchens didn’t have detergent to do the dishes. I am still waiting on a copy of the invoice for my stay. I’m sure I have been overcharged.
