Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We went to support my son doing the half Ironman. The location was ideal but the price was very high. The phone didn’t work in the room and the clock was an hour and a half ahead and we couldn’t figure out how to change it. Gratefully the girl at check out didn’t change the “destination fee” but why a destination fee on top of such a high room rate? One high point though was Chris, the server at Pipers, the sister hotel. He was excellent at customer service.

United StatesGetting to our room on the third floor felt pretty circuitous so I got turned around a few times. Also, volume. Quiet hours were posted for 10 pm (but I'm sure there's no way to prevent people shouting for the five seconds they're passing outside your door, or just being loud on the pier). Several times I woke up wishing they'd provided ear plugs to make things perfectly comfortable.
The location was great, especially with the view of the water. The large room, cleanliness, valet, and hotel staff's attentiveness were just as I'd hoped.

United StatesThe resort didn't include a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The room was located on a noisy side of the building. There was a rip in the sheet. When contacting guest services, I felt as if we were a nuisance and didn't feel like some of the staff were interested in being accommodating.
The location and staff left a note and bottle of wine to recognize our anniversary.

NetherlandsI was extremely disappointed with the pool area and the High/Low restaurant. The average wait time for the restaurant was about 45 min - 1 hour, and then having to wait approx. an hour for our food! When paying such high prices for the hotel, the least they can offer is adequate and enough places to eat for all the guests without having to wait an hour or 2 for breakfast. The pool had enough beds for about 1/4th of the hotel guests. We stayed for 5 days and werent able to go swimming once, despite paying for all amenities (resort fee etc.). Definitely not worth the price and effort.
I really liked the view and the pier infront of the hotel.
