Even though we was on the tenth floor the music was very loud from the concert area , even with the room doors closed.

We got what we asked for an oceanfront room high floor . The room was cleaned every day to a high standard . Staff were all very helpful , curtious and polite . The hotel in general was very clean. Hotel is in a good central position in the resort and right on the beach.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years. The room is perfect, view of the beach and Diamond Head is absolutely spectacular. Our cleaning lady was awesome. We love going to Dukes and Hula grill. Perfect stay as always.

Amazing location, everything within walking distance but you’re a little way out (5 mins walk) from the really busy tourist area. Friendly staff, clean.

the pool is tough. too many people for chairs. and if you want to be on the beach its a separate company renting the chairs

we upgraded to an ocean view room. so the was amazing but it came at a cost.

Bathroom has refrigerator-This is unsanitary! We left our 6 candy bars and a sandwich by a mistake due to refrigerator being in Bathroom. This is not in a normal spot.

Old rooms and furniture. The lifts took way too long to arrive and we found ourselves always waiting for minutes for the next lift.

Resort and rooms are quite dated but the location is perfect and the balcony was great looking out to the beach.

The beds were small - only double. Our room was quite small for four people, but adequate.

Location. We loved the view of the sea, even from a City View room. Was great to have Surfboard hire right in front. The Pool, sunloungers and Dukes food were great. We loved getting lunch from Pai’s Deli. It has such good healthy food.

All the good things. It is next to the beach. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It was one of the best vacations. The hotel is clean, not noisy. The restaurants are amazing. The pool is nice. Pool towels are great. But the people… everyone from reception to housekeeping, from waiters and waitresses… everyone so friendly and extra nice. They let us stay in the room for a couple of more hours for a fee whichever helped a lot! I will Definitely come back…

Locaion, location, and location. Right in the heart of Waikiki, Outtigger has everything you need. Customer service was exemplary. Special shout out to Troy of the Bell Staff. He always was so helpful and greeted us every chance he had. We will definitely return!

the last day of our 14 days on Hawaii - we got to go home, we need to come back.

Canoe and surf boards inside hotel decor. Duke Kahanamoku decor/history in the mail lobby. Shops and 2 restaurants inside with Waikkiki view from each. We got Waikkiki beach ocean view from the hotel balcony, 6th and 12th floor, East side, amazing we coud see sea turtles in the water from balcony. Love this place. Mae was our host in the hotel - Mahalo Mae. We flew from Poland 31 hours, 3 planes one way - it was worth for me , my fwife and our 3 dauguthers. It was holidays of our live. Mahalo and Aloha.
