I paid for a room view room but the room was looking at another building. The hotel told me they had no pool views left but couldn’t do anything to accommodate me. I called booking.com but nothing has been handled yet.

The room was not clean and the hotel overall did not feel safe. Many of the advertised services were not available ie no laundry, shuttle, pool etc. The wifi didn’t work.

The location is good for universal studios. There is no shuttle to the parks (as advertised) but you can easily take the public bus a few stops. There are good restaurants around and parking. The reception staff were friendly.

The first room I got was dirty, then when I got a new room it was clean however noticed the bathroom smelled of mildew. After staying for a couple days I figured out the mildew smell came from the shower ceiling leaking water from the room above me. This place is in a good location but would not stay here until the remodel is finished.

They are under renovation so the amenities were not available,the pool and onsite bar area. A lot of the guests with children were loud,doors slamming children playing in the hallways. All of the 1st floor rooms are being redone so all guests were on the second floor and they DO NOT have an elevator!!!

I like the fact that the staff was attentive to all their guests. And any issues, problems or concerns were taken care of immediately. They did so with respect,kindness and positivity.

The room smelled like mold as soon as you walked in. The hotel smelled like weed and cleaner, all the time. I booked a king bed but got 2 beds instead. The room wasn't cleaned, there was popcorn kernels and I found a small baggie with powder in the corner as soon as we walked in. I booked the room thinking that the pool was in order but got an email on the way that stated the pool was out of order until October... They took a $100 fee when I got there, and it wasn't a deposit. Tried to call on the way multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone. It also seems that it is a shelter of some sorts.

The location was great and the staff was super nice.

you cant go universial studio by walk. and no shuttle bus to there. we used uber it cost around CAD $8-10 and to Disney spring around CAD$30 very old and don't expect clean (specially bathroom) if you don't have expectation, it would be nice. exellent and nice staffs

It looks very random down. Roof pieces missing, water poodles on the floor. My first room had stains on the base of the bed and ants in my sink. I was moved rooms without any problems and that was great but that room had 2 roaches in the bathroom.

The location is great. Staff were really nice. Daniel is a very great worker.

- little bit too humid in the room. Could not even open the windows and air condition made our noses become stuck - not very "beautiful" and new but anyways. Good for inexpensiveness
