Although our rom was big, it was not very bright... once I close the certain it was all dark. We had a couple of lamps around the bed and in the kitchenette área. But in the living we did not and if I open the curtains for light, everybody can see from outside... Also I think some of the towels needs to be changed. The look damaged or tainted. Although in the facilities information they mentioned they have breakfast options which means coffee and cereal bars/muffins, it could be great if you can improve the breakfast experience.

What I like the most of this hotel was the location and the space of the room. It has a kitchenette and they provide you the utensils at the reception when you ask for them. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Another good thing of this hotel is that they received your online shopping packages that arrived a couple of days before you check in. We really appreciate that as sometimes it is uncertain when it will arrive and we rather shop in advance. Fre parking.

The dirty fridge and toliet, the burning stove and the filthy sofa. The sink in the bathroom was not connected and leaked water everywhere when used. The side of the toilet was never cleaned. Also, the check in clerk was very lazy and sorry. He didn't want to get my pots because he didn't want to move out of his seat. The check out girl seemed lost and didn't know how to check me out. It took 15mins of trial and error.

The hotel is not on a very good condition on the inside. It looks old, smells bad, some minor things are broken here and there... Overall It makes a bad impression. Even if Cloe was really sweet, dealing with a locked door isn't really fun neither for her or for me (I couldn't access my room for hours and it wasn't a magnetic card issue). A good overhaul would be beneficial, as it has a great potential. Finally, the breakfast was really scarce, even if we were warned it's a complementary one).

I enjoyed the location, the size of the room (which was clean), and how most of the staff was really friendly and helpful - I wish I had the name of all the fine ladies there, Special cheers to Cloe <3 (the heart was on her nametag, I find it cute) who dealed with my locked door for most of the night,

As soon as you walked into the lobby the smell was absolutely disgusting. The hallways and rooms smelled horrible.

Vending machine was broken and staff couldn't provide a bottle of water when asked. Hot water was cut at 8:30am but they announced a day before. Some weird people in the property. Hallways were dirty with stuff people left out and they were never cleaned during my stay over 4 days.

Have either a small breakfast buffet if you want to serve breakfast. Fix the pool gate. Improve the gym.

The breakfast was disappointing. I expected a meal and instead there was coffee and granola bars. The location was superb. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was advertised and one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. There was no breakfast other than a few granola bars and a single Otis Spunkmeyer muffin. There was coffee, but no cream or milk, only the flavored cream. My room looked like it had been the victim of an all night rave.

The location to the conference was perfect.

It smelled really weird and that odd smell was mixing with the wall scents that were on our floor (2nd flr) and it wasn’t pleasant. Facility needs upgrade

We were put right next to workers who were working on the roof right outside our window, they finished up their day around 7 and we went to bed, but then woke us up again promptly the next morning with their banging.

The room was VERY spacious and we loved the fact we had a kitchenet in the room.

The room is a little old, so it had a stronger smell of old furniture. The breakfast is basically a complementary Coffee with some cereal bars and cookies.

The location and kitchen and laundry and huge space with sofa enough room to accommodate a small family. The staff was indeed very helpful and did address any concerns I had .

The first room was a mess, the bed was not made and the tv didn’t work. I wanted a different floor because I know what it’s like on the first floor but that was the only king that they had. We did get a different cleaner rom at a cheaper price but again on the first floor.

It was what I expected from the price point, the location was not bad and once things got fixed it was better. Would I stay again just at a different location and do more research.

I paid in advance of me showing up for a deluxe King room, but on arrival we were told they didn't have the room we paid for and we could either leave and a different hotel or take a smaller single sized bed. Upon arriving to the room found it was dirty, also there was no coffee maker, pot or pans for the kitchenette, no plates nothing. When i did get a coffee maker from the front desk it didn't even work. The pull out couch bed mattress was disgusting, covered in stains. There was a distinct smell of pee. Also it is not labeled on the site, but you have to PAY to use the room phone for any and ALL CALLS.

The location near the Convention center and sea world was nice. A few of the staff was kind and friendly and check out was simple.

The main reason for my low rating was the toilet. It wouldn't flush and the water inside was green upon our arrival. The toilet always ran too. We told the front desk that the toilet was broken and they said that the plumbing in the building is always like that.

We didn't try breakfast. The location was good.

i had a reservation but they had overbooked and did not have my room reserved even though i had given them my expected arrival time. they were able to give me one last room that they had available Considering the room was a suite, it did not even have a coffee pot, plastic drinking cups or a hair dryer.
