Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe asked for a couple of things for the room, but housekeeping didn't get that right until the third day. Housekeeping must not check the level of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash because we ran out. We got a replacement, but housekeeping did not put the new one into the receptacle.
Like the selections for breakfast. The courtyard breakfast area was nicely appointed and very serene. The location was great because it was easy walking distance to the Plaza and the Railyards.

United StatesWe realize you are pretty close to the Plaza, but as people in our 70's who have a little trouble walking, it would have been icing on the cake if you would have had some kind of shuttle to the center of town, we've stayed at hotels who provide that.
Especially appreciated the staff, front desk, answering our needs re arriving in town way before official checkin time., answering questions (e.g., best way to get out of the city when we left, helping resolve air conditioning issues, remote control), the wait staff behind the bar, food servers in the restaurant -- friendly, helpful, ... ). I loved all the trumpet vines along the perimeter of the parking lot!

The style of the hotel was really nice - very much in keeping with the Santa Fe feel. Staff were helpful. Room was large with plenty of room and the shower was really good the way it was set up.

I always figure if there’s a resort fee, there should be access to resort like services. I choose where I stay based on stated amenities. This is the second hotel on this trip that had limited access to stated amenities.
