The bathroom could be lit up more, the vents were a little dirty, and the beds were a little stiff, but they were clean, so it wasn't too bad, just a stiff back. :)

The staff were great, very helpful when I needed to get somewhere in town. Always, super friendly. Ken was really nice and helpful. I didn't see his name, but he was at the door, wore a mask and helped with direction, and was also super friendly. The maid was super sweet. It was located in an easy to get to everything part of town, we mostly walked everywhere. To the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.

The ice machine and microwave were outside our door and sometimes it got a bit noisy with people getting ice etc and chatting.

We were on the 15th floor and had a good view. The pool and hot tub were great. The hotel was close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Bathroom is quite small. Balcony is also small but could be improved through adding small table and chair(s). Pool is non event. Too small and no access to sun.

The room was a comfortable size. Well appointed and well serviced by the staff. Indoor safe and fridge very well appreciated.

The room we were in was a bit tired but still clean and very comfortable.

This is an exceptionally well positioned hotel in Waikiki with a number of shopping destinations and the fabulous Waikiki Beach within walking distance. With a gorgeous under cover swimming and spa area with ample comfortable seating, your decision to stay in will still leave you in paradise. We had a one bedroom with a kitchenette and it was perfect. Whilst the tower we stayed in was tired and overdue a refresh, I couldn't fault the comfort or customer service. With a gym and washer/dryer facilities, this property had everything you could need for a fabulous holiday.

The bathtub should be changed and there should be grab bars . The bedroom area was carpeted , it should be removed and tiles should be installed

Our room was not throughly cleaned. After grabbing groceries, we noticed that the fridge had items inside that were from a previous guest. It was quite disgusting!

Location wise, we loved it! Very easy to commute to the places we wanted to visit.

Would be good to have an area other than next to the pool to sit and read etc while waiting for your room to be sero

I asked to check out 30 minutes late because my work meeting ended late, but the staff was too strict and showed no flexibility by saying, ‘No, we’re fully booked.’ I wish they could have responded with something like, ‘We can spare you 15 minutes, but our housekeepers need to clean up for the next guests.’ That would have been a more understanding response, and I totally get why they needed to enforce the checkout time. I ended up rushing to pack (even though I had anticipated this answer and packed everything beforehand), but where was the hospitality?! By the way, we checked in at 11 p.m. the night before, so I’m glad we only stayed for one night.

The parking garage is very tight. If you don’t get there in enough time you can’t park at the hotel which sucks because you have to park a block away

The pool is on the smaller side and we chose not to use it.

The property was in a good location to the bus stop, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The activities were nice.

Whilst the hotel has been removated you can see some parts still show there age. I guess this is the same for all hotels along Waikiki as they are probably all around a similar age.

Pam at the front desk was superb. She was super friendly and helpful and always had a smile when we walked though reception. This lady needs a raise! This hotel is good value for money and the 2 double beds in each room was great for our family with adjoining rooms.

There was a weird smell of the tap water in the bathroom.

Staff is very nice and you can easily store your luggage. It was clean and you can easily reach everything within Waikiki by foot.

The noise. Many, many bangs in the middle of the night.

The swimming pool is very small and not very clean sometimes, probably due to the open space.

The hotel is in a very good position, beach is close as the main street with all the boutiques. The staff is very nice and helpful. Room are big, comfy bed and modern tv connectible to own devices for streaming. So satisfied.

Cleanliness is def not their forte. Hairs in the bathroom everywhere, holes in the sheets and after housekeeping cleaning one day, the housekeeper must have found a used bandaid from a previous guest on the floor which had dried blood on it and placed it on our night stand. It was not ours so I threw it away. Just gross. :/

The room didn't have microwave and the refrigerator didn't col ld well. The pillows weren't comfortable.

The property is in a good location you can walk to the beach and enjoy shopping.
